Hi Mark, I use a 'comb fork' [like a wide kitchen fork] which scratches the cell tops of the honey comb that aren't completely uncapped just to expose the cells before extracting if that helps you and they are reasonably cheap to purchase. Does you spinner have different speeds ? Have you tried spinning at a slower speed to get some/bulk of the homey out first before going to a faster speed to extract the last bit of honey to save 'blowing' out the wax foundation on your frames. Like every thing in beekeeping experiment and find what works for you. Only offering some suggestions.
That looks pretty neat , must have cost a fair few quid for that , have been watching a few of your films and we are quite amused and your bees and honey look like exceedingly good stuff😎😎👍👍😂😂😂😂
A good uncapping tank will have baffles in the bottom that the honey can go through leaving the wax. There are also wax separators that do just that. Separate the wax from the honey, leaving nice clean dry wax for using later.
Hey bush bee man always love your videos . I love this setup . how did you go getting food grade certification for it. I'm thinking very strongly of doing something similar to this at my place. Finally I know you probably mentioned it in part 1 of setting up your extraction room video but the beekeeping equipment did you buy that second-hand from a mate or is there a online retailer that you can suggest that sell second-hand equipment.
I wish I could help you with money, but I will watch your ads, enjoy your videos, and click that like button hard. I am a subscriber that hit the notification bell a long time ago. I appreciate what you do and if you would like to donate to me (kidding), please do. I am a small beek in SW Florida, USA.
“Buy some shit that’s worth havin’” is some pretty sound advice
I love seeing the progress you've made in this journey
A "Mark'd" improvement - my belly! I love a good (or even a bad) pun!!!
You can strain the caps so there is honey and the caps can be sold as beeswax

Hey man, nice to see your videos. Need an information: honey room is a 20' ship container? THX
Looks like you got it all working very well. 💕🐝🐝🐝
I would absolutely love to try your honey. Unfortunately shipping to Canada is just too expensive :(
Thank you
Mark, you should be able to adjust the blades if you think they are cutting too deep.
The capping perhaps could be shovelled into an old wine press with a grate and a tap at the bottom, just a thought, cheers for the video guys.
Can you tell me what extraction equipment you have and where you bought it.? Thank you great job
Is there any way to use the uncapping stuff? I imagine it's a bit messy with all the wax and honey and other stuffs.

Looking at the frames they seem to a bit of damage? To long or to fast?
To fast i think start slowly
