What type of movements are best to use on Viggle? Do the models have to be facing forward?

It'd be better if your character faces the front. Movements that are not too complex, or too fast to capture will have better results.

It's a feature we're working on! Try different reference videos, you will notice for quite some movements they don't shake. We're also making improvements on our model to keep the movements more steady.
