More clarification on some of the new PvP changes: The PvE/PvP planet system is more based on how cities are taken, being by auction on Arboreus and by battle on Syndesia. Syndesia also requires you to flag up as aggressive for world bosses (legends), this is not required on Arboreus, but will lead to lower rewards. However, both planets have lawless trials that you need to be aggressive to partake in.
The reason people don't do it is because it was released on a public website, then on Steam, and then again on a public website. This is because of their unreliable operation. People will come back to see how they operate
@@MedievalMarty dope man! Looking forward to it! Finished the vid & damn I wanna check out Fractured now, but can’t be playing MO2 at the same time haha
Was convinced untill you said it was a sponsored video by the devs.. After playing the game for 30 hours now it is fun but not as fun as you make it out to be. It´s a slow grind and the memory leaks are killing it. Having to restart the game every hour or so is not a good thing.
I covered it last year when it had its early release, In a non sponsored video. And was very positive about the game. I like the game, and enjoy the grind. It’s not for everyone, but i found it fun grinding out all the spells and crafting
I mean the games are good it's just the player base of these kind of games is poor as nobidy is ever around to talk to or play with they all do their own thing. So hard to find people to role with in games even tho there is discords to find others
Great review. Subscribed. Just a clarification. I believe that there is no pvp or pve planet anymore. You can flag aggressive on both planets now. Divine trials on Terra are pvp if lawless. Just like on Aerhen. I think legends are the same too. The only differences between the two are cities, fortresses, and mini bosses. Aerhen, the old pvp world, has fortress to pvp over. Cities in Aerhen can be sieges and raided by other players. In Terra they don't have fortresses. Instead there are mini bosses that spawn at red icons on the mini map. Terra cities can not be sieged. They plan on putting in some other method of management there.
Playercount dropped pretty low while while they were working on updates and fixes. They revamped a lot of the core systems of the game for the re-release, which has brought in lots of people though! hopefully it keeps growing :)
soooooo they just chicken out of pvp game, just like new world did and the game is going to die just like it , while albion is always getting more players... devs dont learn at all
Yea seems to be tge way mmo rpg games are goin which is anti social as people don't qant to play with you or talk to you unless your an irl friend other games i have played it seems the masses are solo as people just don't want to play with others in games like this neever felt more alone in a game than when playin a game like this or world of warcraft or albion online etc and seems to be gettin worse
It seems cool, but I think what makes me apprehensive is the question "What makes it a MMO ?" If I didn't know this was suppose to be a MMO, based on this review my reaction would be something like "Oh cool so its a game like V Rising". Especially if you are not directly interacting with pvp it sounds way more like a co-op single player game like V Rising or Valheim.
yeah I'd agree with part of that. You can play it completely solo if you want. But you can also join a guild, build a town together, seige enemy guilds. Take part in big pvp events, use the auction house and stuff

The game looks great, one question though since its free to play, what can be bought with real money?
basically like sarutobi or kakashi simulator
Do mobs drop gear or just materials? Trading?
How big is the player base? Steam charts look scary
idk anything about the game but they have a standalone launcher as well which steam doesnt count
Is there no questing in this game?
Not really. There is a tutorial and some basic intro quests. But this is mostly a sandbox game where you make your own adventure kind of thing
