I found a perfect way for grounding myself, this weekend through making a start on my new gnome garden. Being of the earth,they must be perfect nature spirits to help with grounding. I love this miniature gardening as a small garden can become a huge parkland when scaled down. There's lots of lovely parks in London and I'm sure they have plenty of fairy energy for you to connect with.
