I usually pay more to the lyrics than to the instruments when listening to Taylor Swift but yor videos are helping me to appreciate the instrumentale part of her songs as well ♥️ good luck
Have you considered doing videos where you play her original song & the re-recorded version & point out the differences & if they are on purpose, etc? J/W because my favorite from the original Red is The Last Time & when I heard the re recorded version I was disappointed because so far the re recordings had been almost exactly the same but this 1 is significantly different but I can't really recognize why.
I do think that she may not have released some of her songs right away because of the many details given out in All Too Well. Though, it may have also been because she didn't want to appear as though she was obsessing over an ex-lover. Now, I enjoy this song too, but I personally, would have changed the final lyrics to, "He called me later and said 'I'm sorry I didn't make it,' and I said 'Screw you,' Because that was the moment I knew." Indicating that at that point she knew she could survive without him; she knew she could move forward with her life.
@@JacobRestituto Of course, if she was shy about saying "screw you" to an ex, she could have simply substituted the lyrics with, "and I hung up on you," still keeping the, "Because that was the moment I knew," with the same I'm Over Him meaning. Yes, I'm a poet, if you can't tell. Lol. I'm not a songwriter, mind you. I don't believe I have that kind of talent (not to mention I don't know the first thing about writing songs). But I do write poetry. So from my mind, either could work, both would rhyme, the hanging up would come closer to keeping the tempo, while being clean and somewhat classy, but the screw you would be the ultimate slap in the face. Either could work though.
All Too Well and The Moment I Knew should’ve honestly been the lead singles then and now not only are they masterpieces but they correlate so well.
legit
