Hand made Vienna Bread (No Mixer)

Ingredients you will need
240 ml water
400 grams of plain flour
8 grams of salt
5 grams of bread improver
10 grams of dried yeast
12 ml olive oil

What is bread improver?

followed this recipe my only problem was the texture of the bread which finished more like a sourdough I think it may have been the salt coming in direct contact with the yeast, I will try again.
