@@TruthSeekerAll It's a valve that re-routes gases produced by the crankcase back into your engine for combustion. It can become clogged overtime and can cause issues like rough idle, CEL, whistling/hissing sounds and sometimes poor engine performance. It's a fairly cheap and easy part to replace, so I would say replace it. Just be careful when you replace an old PCV valve, they are made from plastic, older ones can crack and break.
How did the car run after the throttle body cleaning?
Runs great. I recently replaced the PCV valve and now it runs even better. A 25 year old car that gets 30 MPG.

It may have been left by the Dealership Tech, I couldn't find anything that was missing.
