Hi Kate, let me ask. How to correct mistakes or imperfectios created in the process of dodging like red areas? Sometimes micro areas? Thanks a lot. Great video!
Firstly, I use dodge and burn with curves, it makes less color spots than gray layer.
And you can put dodge and burn curves in blending mode "luminosity", this way curves shouldn't affect on color.
If I have color spots, I just use brush on empty layer in blending mode "color" and draw the right color.
I'm curious to know how long a retouch like this would take you in real-time start to finish? great work.
It was a long time ago, so I don't remember exactly. Probably about 3 hours
