    i have a question... i have a pizzeria and I'm using brick oven gas power, theheat in the chimney is 360 plus Fahrenheit. is it recommended to use a stainless ducting? or galvanize ducting?

    our kitchen height is just 7 feet, does this kind of commercial kitchen hood can be installed ?.. and what would be the weight of this setup... area to be covere- 2.5x9 feet
