With a soundtrack like that, i would speed through the Harbor City Freeway in way less than just 13 minutes. What a banger, makes me mad that the game was cancelled due to stupid Sony executives.
@@lughzi1591 This is why the reason Sony Didn't care about the Twisted Metal Franchise if Harbor City Was made on a PC Version that we don't have a problem with cancellation
