I saw Elvis Presley in concert on July 20, 1975 in Norfolk Scope Colosseum. I was 18 years old. It was the most amazing concert I have ever been to and I’ve been to several. From the moment he walked out the audience went crazy and pretty much stayed that way. My favorite song that day was The Wonder of You. He hit that last note and I thought the Colosseum was going to crumble. What a performer he was!!
I saw him twice. Hampton Coliseum and Richmond Va. Nothing like it since. When Elvis hit the stage the entire audience lit up with all the flashbulbs of thousands of cameras going off.
