I had an relationship like that. But he took me to a bridge and actually tried to push me off it, i pleaded and begged for my life. Some guy (middle 40s i think) stopped and threw him onto the ground. It was not my fault and it was not your fault. WE DON'T DESERVE THIS!! (girls are precious and get hurt easily. Treat us like a flower)
BTW that boy would not last 2 seconds if I saw him you'd be like "That's him don't say anything..."
And I'd be already beating him up like, "Did you say something?"

omg!! i ignored the signs at first and now came across this video... i was shocked to read every page and see myself because everything you wrote is happening to me... how you were with him is how i am with him... you have no idea how much strength you have given me to finally see and admit i am in an abusive relationship... my parents do not even know i am still with him they would be dissapointed.thankyou because i was in denial but i watched this and cried i now accept.i deserve better.

Amazing strength, I've been out of an extremely vicious abusive relationship for 8yrs & there's still things he did to me that I've never told anyone. I talk about things to a certain extent, but some things I am to embarrassed to admit that I let him do by just taking it & not saying anything. Ur an inspiration. Thank you

I cried this entire video... I just want you to know that u r beautiful and your not alone because I went through the same thing except living with him, I suffered mental and verbal abuse and it still hurts me today your not alone you are loved.
So glad to see you smiling! I'm 33 and went through the same thing when I was younger. It was bad!! He was physically, Emotionally and Mentality abusive. I stayed and had his baby thinking he would change. Smh after the birth of my son I left and I'm so thankful I did. You'll get through this Sweetie 😃

I've just watched this as I had a talk over at college for awareness etc and they played this vid for us to see someone's story about domestic abuse. I would like to say it took courage to make this video and to share your story, I'm positively sure this may have helped other women and men that do this are just disgusting and pathetic and you are beautiful and that smile towards the end made me so happy. You are really brave for doing this! I wish I could give you a giant hug. I hope you told someone who you trust in your family and your school too to have it on record. Be safe, sweetie. Change your passwords, phone number, names on social media and let your friends know that they are not to ever give out your information. Block his number from your phone and have your friends and family do this as well. If he ever had a key to your house or car ask your parent to change the locks (or your landlord if you are independent -- you look young but I don't look my age either!)

Do not let change you there are nice guys out there just remember to ask question about them as it seems you did not as you only taken as being a nice guy. You go find yourself, your independence to look after yourself in all the right manner have your own things that you worked hard for, boys are not important at a young age and everything that around you like celebrity, fashion and etc are just distraction from what you can achieve for your self. You can have all the loving and support of family and friends in your corner but you are in middle on your own, you fight to over come what comes your way do not give up as you have a whole future ahead of you, make them cheer and happy for you from the corner may peace be with you lady.

My situation is almost exactly like yours. My boyfriend is very possessive, and because of him I lost all of my friends, friends I've had since I was a baby. I'm not allowed to wear skinny jeans or leggings or shirts that are tight. Although he's never physically hurt me, emotional abuse can hurt just as bad.. thank you for this video. I think this is a step in the right direction for me

Leaving him with what he has done to you and he has to live with that's for the rest of his life. There is no better way to make him regret what he did. You never did any thing to him so NEVER think that you are any of those thing cause you are on of gods people and he will prefect and watch over you for the rest of your life,your father is standing there with god and guiding over your shoulder never think that your alone cause your father has always been by your side since day one and will always be there. Don't cry sweetheart. I'm so sorry you went through that. I don't know how old you are (I'd say late teens), but when I was in my early 20s I met man that was 12 years older than me. This man took me through the fiery pits of hell. I'm glad you were not like me and stay with this guy for damn near a decade like I did. The guy that you dated imagine living with him because that's what I did. There were times I went to my parents house in the middle of the night because of his awful temper. I'm very proud of you. I tell my story sometimes because I don't want young ladies like yourself to go what I went through.

You're a very beautiful young lady. Never put up with this kind of treatment again! The first time a guy puts his hands on you or tries to control what you wear or what you do, or talks down to you like a dog, get out! Leave him. And girl, NO man is worth killing yourself over.
