Hi Dr.. I had 5 miscarriage.. Recently went for ivf but one of the embryo tested for pgs.. Diagnosed was chromosomes +10(34%) segmented chromosomal mosaics. Is it save to transfer.. If the baby survive what type of complications can hv? Pls explain...
I cannot explain all because I am not a geneticist. +10, means you have 3 copies of 10, and has an extremely low chance of becoming normal. If it's just purely mosaic, it has a 50-50 chance of being normal.
I received my results one low mosaic -6 and -9 chromosomes two were abnormal and one was complex abnormal I’m a little confused on the complex abnormal part. Planning on transferring my mosaic next month
I have only one low mosaic embryo with monosomy 21 , what’s your opinion about this?😊

I have a high mosaic. Should I transfer it?
The recommendation is not to do that if you can produce additional embryos. If you cannot do additional IVF you might consider genetic counselling.
@@DrVictory thank you, I'm waiting to find out if our transfer with our only normal embryo worked or not. We can't afford to do a third round
Hello Dr.V, I just got my results and I have a low mosaic and normal embryo.. Do you think the low mosaic is worth transferring?
It worked, I'm pregnant 😁😍

but if it's more common in younger women, why bother with the stress when she'll most likely have many euploids?
