Touch is more important than anything in my opinion. The QB's with the best touch are the best QB's.. Laying a pass into a spot where only your receiver can get it. Recognizing where the open area is or where your receiver will be open. That is why Purdy is successful. Brees, Brady, Montana. Amazing finesse and touch.
Mark Sanchez does a great job of breaking down Caleb Williams. He should think about being a coach. I like how he see things us mere mortals don't see, because he's been there, done that. Good job Mark!
I'm here to say despite all the J Mac hate, Colin seems to be super relaxed and having the time of his life with J Mac as his moderator. Joy was sexy but her demeanor was way too stiff day to day. J Mac is lighthearted and keeps Colin fresh
also, this is youtube and I'd assume some of us are watching these videos.. why can't we see the breakdowns that Mark is talking about? Ive noticed that with Colin's show.. Why can't you guys show it to us on here too? just wondering.
Mark was right though. Mahomes have Andy Reid and Alex Smith to mentor him in the first year. when he took over he got Travis Kelce, Tyreek Hill and Kareem Hunt in their prime. Who will Caleb have when he's drafted?
As a Bears fan, I hope they bring in a vet to hopefully start the whole year. He would have DJ Moore, a good run game, and Cole Kmet though. Plus a top 10 defense. It isn’t as bad as it may seem from the outside
Colin said Kirk's stats are the same as Dak's. Kirk stats in regular season and playoffs are the same as JOE BURROW in regular season and in the playoffs. Burrow's defense in playoffs gives up 18 ppg and gets 13 turnovers - Kirk's defense gives up 28 ppg and gets 0 turnovers.
Y’all know college ain’t the NFL and Patrick is Patrick. Stop comparing this dude to a legend, when he hasn’t won a college championship or thrown one snap in the NFL. This is going to be so embarrassing to so many people when he flops. Remember to keep that same energy.
yeah man everyone deliberately underselling Mahomes ability to function in a locker room, his unique upbringing and overall leadership. Somehow the intangible/leadership/decision making skill #15 has are all presented as assumptive characteristics for Caleb🙃
Those of us who have watched Caleb’s games, have already seen Caleb Williams make all those Mahomeboy throws. We have seen him look like Mahomey, performing that run around style that keeps plays alive, ending in accurate passes, many times for scores. THAT is the comparison.
Why don’t they ever play the video clips for us to see??? Love Sanchez on here, but it takes away from breaking down film if the viewers can’t watch the film😂
I thought I was the only one that noticed it! I rarely watch Colin but when I do and it’s Sanchez on..he kills hits attire! It’s funny but awkward at same time 😂
And how many QB's taken in the first 10 picks per year actually turn into a stud NFL player? One a year? Even in the famous Elway to Marino draft, Todd blackledge was the 2nd QB taken and was a bust. So I'm amazed when 3 or 4 are taken in the top ten, because odds are only 1 will work out.
Landing on a team that has good coaching and a roster that has even average talent/depth matters tremendously. Justin Herbert has been affected by poor coaching and the team lacks talent in many positions. The analysts are always insisting that a team can be drastically improved by a single player at quarterback. They assign wins and losses almost exclusively to the quarterback performance. The recent years of Joe Flacco had resulted his inability to sign a contract as a free agent. He played horribly for the Broncos and Jets but he was instantly the miracle player for a desperate team with numerous injuries. He was able to be successful because the team had skilled players in all positions and respected coaches.
people think you have to be an elite NFL Champion in order to have credible analysis lol might as well just shut down the internet, none of us have any business having opinions here
W8 I thought his name was William Calebs? Is his name not William Calebs? I’m confused cause I bet quite a bit of money on William Calebs from UCS getting drafted 1st overall
Personally idk why they would draft cw. His issues are similar to what justin’s were n still are. If the coaching staff isnt good we will see cw make wow throws n a whole lotta picks
It’s a new day in Chicago with Ryan Poles and CO. If you’ve been a Bears fan and follow the ins and outs of the dysfunction…it has changed without question. Ted Philips is gone! Kevin Warren and Ryan Poles are running the show. Now, this doesn’t mean the Bears are headed to the SB. It just means the dysfunction that has been going on for quite a while is not there anymore which is a positive. We’ll see.
Well said gentleman… it’s just the @chicagobears being the same old Bears! But to be honest I’ve listened to you all dog JF basically calling him garbage, but now you see him. 🤦🏽♂️🤷🏽♂️
Williams (his 2nd season with them) was ok but not impressive. usc barely beat az and Colorado and they were beaten by lesser teams. They only got off on like Nevada, sjsu etc. This guy is supposed to score at will against college defenses. Does his game translate to nfc north?
It is undeniable that a guy who was spoiled rotten by his parents and this developed him into a highly narcissistic personality is perfectly suited to being the face of an NFL franchise and leader of professional athletes.
Caleb Williams might be the most hated prospect since LeBron James because of his personality and performance in college. so clearly he’s doing something right. keep criticizing greatest and not realizing he doesn’t have the resources multiple stacked programs have with QBs at their disposal, then falter in the NFL.
