Just be careful with water perimeters and atleast 20% weekly water changes. Also they poop like dogs so using a turkey baster to remove it helps tremendously or else you may experience an ammonia spike. Due to them being amphibians and not fish, any fish medications/ph adjusters (pretty much anything besides water conditioner) can do more harm than good as they absorb through their skin unlike fish. It is just me or he just ignores all the comments about the safety of the fish? Like dude do you want it to die?!
Haha it’s okay. It’s a common mistake everyone says. I agree if you have the privilege to give them a home and the best care and help to reduce the risk of intinction then all means try to help 😊
and you didn’t cycle before putting it in???? like no he won’t be good right away he was probably stressed during that cycling time😭 AND SAND FOR A SMALL AXOLOTL LIKE THAT IS DANGEROUS. They cannot digest sand. If they are under 4 inches how do you not know this?
They also call it the king salamander
I think I'm just realizing how cute it is
Your a good brother nick nice gift for your sister god bless keep it up can you please say hi to my wife in your next video her name is martha velasco she loves your videos like me bro
OMG axolotls are one of my fav pets
What pet shop are you at
You are so nice to get her one.😃
If you want a pet always do proper research and in this case I've got a feeling he didn't
Your the best
When a squirrel sharks it’s tail means it is getting agitated
I love how he calls it an axoloto instead of axolotl
You should never put sand in a tank when the axolotl is still small
At 3:00 I was like “… but f I were that axolotol I would freak out if I was getting spinned like that and when she yelled NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO I would freak out too
using the blood worms are not amazing protein for them so i recommend getting it soft pellets for axolotl's my axolotl is soo happy and growing big it is the best food for it
Make sure eventually she gets a 20 gallon
That is awesome, I wonder where I can get one. I've wanted one forever, but couldn't ever find one due to the fact that they're critically endangered, and are nearly extinct.
actully the one that he got is a domestic axolotl not the ones that you see in the wild , you just have to make sure that there legal in your sate.
@@Tonic555 they are taken out of the wild at first
And also do your research
@@starmy5073 ya like 50-30 years ago and they just breed them and breed over and over again so you should do your research
@@Tonic555 I think they meant do your research if you want an axolotl as a pet.
the baby goat is cute (:
Tip not to put sand in a axolotl tank unless your axolotl is 2 or more inches.
Hey nick you probably wont see this but imma tell you bc no one else did. That "Underwaterbamboo" the leaves cannot stay under water and cause tons of emonia from rot just a heads up man.
Thanks for letting me know!
@@NickBingo thanks for understanding man and tell the goat I said hey
Nick you should get him a better hide and take the light off him
Rumor Report: Paul is extremely jealous of Nick switching sides.
Love your videos keep up the good work
has body swapper: becomes sister: perfection
Here’s some tips for your axolotl you need the to be atleast 64 degrees and you need a 20 gallon tank with a huge hide and axolotl grow up to be 12 inches so your gonna need a bigger cave maybe you should have did some research before getting your sister one but no hate just the tips
Hope u used cold water and need a way to keep it cold and why didn’t u use black sand so she can see it better
I love it how he can't even spell axolotl in the thumbnail.
3 or 4 months?
runnin im runnin im runnin runnin im unnin im runnin 😂🤣
the squirell part was my favorite but also the cute axolotl
The bamboo plants won't survive underwater. The leaves need to be above the water level
I cant tell if that's sand or gravel but is it’s gravel replace it soon cuz gravel can be halmful
Great vid!
I hope you know that axolotles need cold water16-22celsius 60-73fahrenheit, anithing higher will cause stress to them!
Its funny because he is saying it wrong LOL
You can hold them in without water
you you cycle it?
That’s a cute lil axolotl
What is the goats name?
It’s funny how people are coming here from minecraft telling him he’s inexperienced, dumb and impulsive when they think they’re educated from watching one or two videos and coming from a block game
Good one buddy.. 👍
“Would you like that if you were a girl?” 💀
That disrespect level LOL
