Hey man so that bu1 really just works on mid or high kicks?? So hard to tell whether gonna kick. I am managing to parry b1+3 and b2+3 but bu1 is risky asf is it beneficial?? Or just for show
Mids and high kicks yes, I’d recommend only using UB1 when you’re against Hwoarang as he mainly uses kicks the most compared to others. It’s extremely risky but guarantees a combo when you’re in heat. (When LTG is active you can use b3,1,2 for 51 damage)

The pickup is easier than iws3. You just have to press Forward 3 times rather than just twice. Not only that but you have to do it as soon as it lands else F4 will whiff.
@@HBLZ ohh pressing forward 3 times definitely helped. this only works on the CH happening on the 1 hit, right? not on normal hit uf21? i assume i'll have to iws3 there

@@ejdale8472 LTG= Lightning Glare. After the kick parry you’re +14 guaranteeing you b2,1+2, & b3,1,2(requires lighting glare)

@@ejdale8472 DF2 is 15 frames. You can’t launch after the kick parry as it only gives you +14 frames
Is the f4 pickup after uf21 harder than iws3? It seems like you have a ton of time to do the pickup, but I can't seem to do it myself

Sometimes my F4 whiffs after heat smash. I already know that they’re dead so I just stick with something simple
