it all starts with technique so step 1 is making sure you get the technique right for speed. This is where working physically irl with a coach really helps. If that's right then there's a load of ways to improve speed - I recommend following a program on the train effective app. plyometrics, strength work, speed runs, ladders, etc. Thanks for your comment!
