- In ASMR Helping You Feel Safe and Sleepy ✨ (personal attention, noise suppression, drawing your aura), I help you feel safe and sleepy with intense personal attention. Great for stormy weather or if you just arent feeling like yourself. We start out with some cozy friends and then move into face tracing with headphones on. There are some eerie spooky stormy vibes outside so I added the headphones to give you some reprieve from the loud crackling of lightening above. We are playing it safe and bunkering down with some cozy personal attention. I also read your energy and draw your aura with some pretty markers. What is ASMR?
Autonomous sensory meridian response, sometimes auto sensory meridian response, is a tingling sensation that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine. A pleasant form of paresthesia, it has been compared with auditory-tactile synesthesia and may overlap with frisson.

derealization is genuinely so debilitating. it can be so life altering. i've experienced it quite horribly and it does get better with time. i still have some triggers that kind of seperate myself from my body every now and then, but i feel much more grounded and connected physically. it is so scary and hard but you can overcome this!!!!! it will all be okay with time. be kind to yourself, surround yourself with good people, and take care of your mentality. 🧸💌
