Leg day is the worstttttt, but also the most rewarding. Im doing this 9week routine now and every friday is legs, with weekend off and its soo amazing having those next two days off.

I discovered ASMR maybe 4 or so years ago. At first it was weird, but I grew to love the genre (genre?). Naturally, I get new ASMR content creators recommended a lot. I literally just stumbled upon your channel today. The first video I watched was "unpredictable, fast and aggressive ASMR // follow my instructions 💙". And even though I really don't like fast and aggressive ASMR, yours felt really authentic in that you were genuinely really hyper. Other creators just bang and scratch and twitch all over the shot because the title called for it, whereas your aggressiveness felt natural.
TL;DR: really cool authentic ASMR. The stuff you talk about is fun to listen to, and the triggers sound good. Subscribed. Oh, and whoever is commenting that light make-up looks better on you as opposed to heavy is totally right. Just further adds to the authenticity and simplicity of your vids. Like you just randomly felt pretty during the day and decided to do a video.

When you see your own face for years and years you start to see things that other people don't, so it's easy for everyone to say "oh you're perfect" but that feeling is something you have to come to terms with. That being said, I think your face is diamond shaped, and not a 4 sided diamond more like a 6 sided one, it's hard to explain, like a V at the top and bottom with the two parallel sides? I personally think you're perfect and I don't throw that word around. Truly dreamy when I watch your videos.

Miss, as someone who draws, your face shape is not masculine. I honestly believe instead of hiding your insecurities you should embrace them. Wear your hair up more often, when you cover your insecurities all of the time I believe it's like a seed being allowed to take root inside your brain, and eventually it will spread and take over your whole life. You're a beautiful young lady, don't let what you see online tell you otherwise, but obviously stay humble. You really don't need to change anything, it's so unfortunate to me that so many women try to look like people they see online. We don't all need to look the same. We do all of these things to hide our so-called flaws, and then develop deep mental anguish.
I like to always remember advice I think is tremendously valuable: Whenever you think to yourself, "I don't like this about myself", think about how you would feel if a close friend felt that way about themselves, and I find it stops those thoughts immediately. Treat yourself like a friend, and If you really look and stop hating the things that make you different, you will see the real beauty you possess. Besides, nothing is more beautiful than a good heart, and a kind soul. So try being kind to yourself.

Lower body workouts and stuff like dead lifts are my favorite. Probably because my upper body develops so easily, I actually avoid working it too much. I feel like I can be ripped up top from doing 10 push ups.

First time viewer here: it seems like you have A LOT of self-hatred. No shame on expressing yourself, it’s very healthy, I just wanted to say it’ll get better if you try to love yourself more. Take it from a 24yr old short and chubby dude who decided to hit therapy years ago, Ik it’s super hard. A simple reminder of your worth when you pass a mirror goes a long way! Going to failure on lower body hurts more because muscles of the legs are built for endurance which is why a higher rep range is typically preferable for growing the lower body.
Personally I superset a standard back squat of 8 reps with a weight that takes you close to failure with goblet squats with a weight that takes you to failure at around 15 reps (the lactate build up after this is crazy so doing a cycle afterwards is essential)

It's not great to say this, because even if the insecurities you mentioned were true you would still deserve to feel happy and confident, but in your case I have to say that the way you see yourself is totally off the mark.
