I made “I’m Still Sorry”, I can answer the no checkpoint question as that it’s part of a series with the first one being “I’m sorry” and I set the series rules to not have checkpoints. Now that’s out of the way I’m so happy that you played my level! Thanks for the feedback and I’ll take it into consideration Edit: I forgot to mention, in V1-V3 it did have a checkpoint but at the final version I decided to cut it

It looks like a good level, but the lack of a checkpoint makes it unnecessarily punishing. That's probably why Ryu was the first clear. The only people that are going to put in the effort to finish a level like that are the streamers. Everyone else would get frustrated and play something else.
Ryu really is some of the best mario players here. For that first stage he really learned all those hard trick very fast and not repeating the same mistakes after couple tries.
SMM/SMM2 were such great ideas...giving the players nearly infinite possibilities and infinite levels to play, so cool. I want to get the console just for these games.

Ryu, you want to know what's even weirder than that one jump in the first level? In Bros 1, if you turn into Link and shoot an arrow onto certain platforms, then turn into Superball Mario, you can't shoot your balls. To find out more, you will have to play "Mario Goes to the Vet".
