I grabbed this lock a few months ago when I started. Was surprised how easy I got into it. Thanks for showing the inside. Now it's my go to lock when a tougher one gets me mad.
Thanks for gutting these and solving the mystery! You rock Lock Chuck! Yea, seems like even the highest set pins the drivers don't fall below the shear line starting out, so better than Masterlock to be sure! Thanks a bunch LC! Nice little lock! 🥰😍😘☺
Loved this video ❤thanks for gutting that and showing us all what we have been wanting to see 😉🤗🫡pls keep giving us the goods my friend 💯really love your content always helpful 😊
Very cool LockChuck°!! Thanks for doing that! Of all the videos ive seen on this lock, it seems if a spool does come into play its usually pin 1 or 2 and many people feel like they dont have to set all the pins! I appreciate you sacrificing one for the greater knowledge!
They are lovely colours. I wonder if they all have the same pin placement regardless of the bitting 🤔thanks for sharing this Lock Chuck, appreciate it. Have a great week fella 🙏👍🤜🤛😊
I'm surprised to see spools in the first two positions. I suspected at least one as I've gotten a false set on occasion, but more often than not mine is shy with the feedback so it's tough to tell. Thank you for showing the guts!
Thanks for gutting one, out of the two i picked yesterday i got the same impressions, the first i only picked a few pins and the second i felt a little counter rotation
Dam i like that color. Kinda looks purple to me. Watched albert lebel pick one today. Kinda abit different though. Laminated. Hey cool pick. Loved you did a true mad hatter gut on that homie👏👏🤘😝. Thanks for sharing that!
Awesome man i was wondering, because the purple one i have throws off a decent false set. And gets counter rotation on 1. The green gets less of a false set and less counter rotation.
Mine was the opposite. The green gave a false set but the purple didn't. I assume they put spools in 1 and 2 but if the bitting is a 5 or 6 it is already above the shear line. Thanks
Small pins, so small the spools are tiny. Not quite sure about "High Security" but on the bright side.... at least they pit a couple of spools in there.
Very timely, thanks for the destructive gut. If I am very very careful i can feel every pin in mine but most often set some by accident. Nice little lock but not a rival to an 1100 picking wise. Wonder if Brinks planned it this easy or it just ended up this way
I think they just try to make a cute lock with the colors. I don't think they even tried very hard. The pins are rounded to make the bad tolerances less noticeable. I may turn it into a fun little CL. Thanks for watching. Cheers my friend 😊
Im glad Lady Locks pointed your video out. Saves me from drilling mine out to see. Good job 🫡
Glad I could help. Thanks for watching.
Thanks for gutting that lock , very very helpful, thanks , moe
Glad to help. Thanks
Love seeing the pin interactions. Thanks LockChuck
Thanks for sacrificing a lock to show us the guts.
You bet. Thanks
Thanks for taking the time (and effort!) to show off those internals!
My pleasure! I enjoy drilling stuff 🤣😂

Glad to show the insides. Thanks. I can see these as a comfort lock.
Absolutely loving seeing these pretty brinks 😍 great work! 😊😊💙
Thank you!! 😊

Not sure but it wouldn't surprise me if they are all in the same position. Have a great week as well. Cheers
The Man finally gutted the Phenomenon! Have to say I’m impressed with the spools, but obviously not correctly designed👍🏼
Yes I figured I would find the answers! 😂 I liked the spools, but not put in the right places. I will have a little fun and turn it into a CL 😜
@@LockChuck Now that is a Genius idea! 😆

I will get a false set occasionally, but is does depend on the bitting of the first 2 pins. Thanks
Thanks for gutting one, out of the two i picked yesterday i got the same impressions, the first i only picked a few pins and the second i felt a little counter rotation
No problem 👍 I think I will tap the retainer pin holes and make a CL out of it.

Sure, always glad to take the Dremel to a lock 🤣😂

Love your videos man! Where can I get your 3D printed pinning tray, vise and barrel pushers?
You can checkout @eschlenz, he sells those items.
Short pins, short springs, tall bible... I bet these can be combed open
I just tested the comb theory. It will only work if all the key pins are short. If any are medium to long it will not comb. Thanks
Small pins, so small the spools are tiny. Not quite sure about "High Security" but on the bright side.... at least they pit a couple of spools in there.
I guess their definition of high security is 2 spools!😂🤣 Thanks
😀👍 well done 🐈⬛🐾🦫👍
You can gut these? Oh snap! What Size follower do I need?
You have to drill out two pins to gut. The follower is a small one, probably the same as an 1100. Thanks for watching!
@LockChuck I got excited before I saw the drilling, lol. Still good to know!
