I just recently started playing MCC on PC and as someone that maps a bit for ut99, forge for reach has been aggravating to say the least. Seeing how blender can be used instead looks awesome.

This looks so useful. What if we could use this to move objects around in firefight or to place new ones? This mod looks like it mods mvar files. But how cool would it be to modify the .map itself? Also, there's a new modded gametype that supports scaling objects huge mid game in forge. I don't know how hard it would be to imitate the effects of that gametype in blender. But it would be useful.

I don't know if you're still active on this post but this works great except for the fact that it causes huge memory leaks and after around 30 minutes of forging it can take upwards of 10GB of my RAM causing me to have to restart the file. Any fixes?
Does it only work in Forge mode or can you also Export and start a new round in Custom games? Because that could open the possibilities for having maps that change each round for custom games
is there a way to bypass the object limit? I was able to import my map i had already made by naming it "Forge World" and ive been looking for any solution to place more objects... 650/650 :( Also when i copy and paste 5x5 flat blocks only 1 is imported and the rest turn into assault rifles? Any idea what its doing?
@@particleman5893 also to actually answer your question. You can try to but the game itself will have a lot of issues. Waffle spawned in enough Tin Cups to cover just outside the coliseum and the AR's lights wouldn't appear. One good thing is season 8, the flickering has been removed!

You just export the map into halo from blender and save the map.

Dumb question is it to import a map that I made in forge into blender? Or would I have to forge it in blender?
Yes just press the import button and your map will be in blender!

I haven't used this in a long time nor have I kept up with waffle. Really haven't done anything with Halo in a while in general.

@@theonlythingihavetosayis9333 Yeah! I was in the season 8 flight and I tested big maps like Drive or Die modded, not a single flicker.
in blender nothing renders im confused its just nothing is there no forge world

at the top of blender it says forgeworld but its just a black screen and it runs with out errors
