So the school can pull an offer from a player, but the player is supposed to ride it out and hope the school stays committed to him?

Shedeur had a bunch of legit offers out of high school, including several SEC programs, made a decision to play for a Black HC he was comfortable with at FAU then chose to follow his pops just as Shilo did.
