Dr. Berry I am no one, but I hold you in the highest regard and you brought a tear to my eye when you became the first Medical Practitioner that I have ever known to admit you were wrong and publicly confessed to causing physical harm to patients!!! My friend at the knitting group had just tested really high for pre-diabetes when she saw me after the lock-down after 4 months and 20 kgs down on the keto diet. She thought, either she has cancer or I have to talk with her. I told her all the food she can eat and under 20 carbs a day. She is now 7 months in and lost 25kg. When she went back to her doctor, who advised her to do it with medication, she was astounded and told her to carry on with what she was doing, and refused to take any money for the appointment as she had done nothing.

At the worst, it felt like the skin would split, but I could stand, and wear shoes. Could not do that when I had a gout flare-up.
Good news is.. all these issues have the same solution.. eat meat, drink water, and weight drops, gout disappears, diabetes gets under control, edema disappears.

For the person asking about the umbilical hernia. I had one for more than a year. In Feb 22 I went strict keto, lost fifty pounds and had the surgery August of 22. All the nurses commented about my blood work and blood pressure being good and my veins were very good (they could find them for an IV). Good luck!!!!

Did you have the surgery without the "plastic" patch. It's far from just plastic like the surgeon told my husband and I in a consult. We're going to see if we can heal it naturally after he loses weight (fb group about it and a certain tea) and try to avoid surgery. How was yours and how have you been since?

@@malzimus I had it with the mesh. Im not sure what it is made of. From my research, I saw that without the mesh the chance of recurrance is high. From all my research I could find no one that healed without surgery. It wasnt as pronounced after losing weight but was definitely still there. The surgary is a breeze. In at 7 am out by 1 pm.

Hi, It very well be the grains etc. that the hogs are fed when they are alive. I have an allergy to Latex and have to be very selective when eating meats. Latex is a sap from a lot of plants, However most people are unaware that a lot of our vegetables, fruits, and nuts absorbs latex and we eat on a daily basis. Pork is usually are fed grains etc. which has a lot of Latex in them. The hog passes the latex on to us after it builds up in its flesh that we eat. I would suggest the person (or anyone) who is allergic to certain meats, that they go to a dermatologist and be tested for Latex allergy. There is a lot of information on which foods that has latex in them. You may find that these plants etc. that we eat may be your answer.

Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. Originally from Europe. 61 yo. Went on Keto gradually. In 3 months was Down 15 lb and off all meds. After running my blood tests my doc was amazed and said do what ever you’re going. Now… I’m on Carnivore for a week… Kinda keeping it to my self, because people have very weird reaction to that information. I don’t care and will continue at least for 90 days. 15 lb to go to my ideal weight 😉
Amazing thing is that toning up becomes so easy even in my age!

Plague behind my front lower teeth and crystals coming out of my skin...BOTH were noticeable and caused questions for me...had no idea they was related to my change in diet! Have lost 15 pounds and feel great. Also have far less pain from broken bones in my foot from car accident since going carnivore!
    Thank you for your insight!
