The way that damage reveals the enemies/your “true form”, is really unique.
When the character runs, you can see the legs hair and body.
The black “demon” that sends you to god is a great example of this.
It’s easy to see it when it makes an uppercut.
Or the white enemy with the 6 arms.
I fully agree.
There is no game like it.
And the best thing is that Summum (the Abs Rad of the game) is the only exception to this rule.

The tutorial for blocking happens after the first fight… and the enemy that you fight for the first time doesn’t show its attacks… in either of its fights.
And yes you fight first enemy at least twice… unless you want to fight the massive green light shown at 8:13… then you get to fight it three times.
Also the green light is called summun and is a optional enemy and the hardest one

Further tip for the "enemies keep dying" problem (maybe a very mild spoiler?):
Certain enemies, usually elemental ones, will absorb specific types of damage and replenish some of their health.
For example, if Phoenix is about to die on you, hit 'im with some fire, and you're back in business

Windette, I cannot thank you enough for that spoiler. I was stuck on how to get to that dumb button, and I managed to get to some other area earlier than I was supposed to (the very top of the yellow area). Now I have to wonder if that works in other places...
Played the game, and its one of the best metroidvania games i've ever played, on par with hollow knight. Easy to learn, hard to master combat, stunning visuals, amazing parkour elements, this game has anything and everything needed in a metroidvania game. Easy S tier, 10/10, go play it, you won't regret it.

I got the game, and now I want more Worldless Windette.
I know this wasnt a sponsorship and the extreme passion made that very obvious, but i feel like the devs should give you something anyway because of the number of sales they just got. Add 1 from me at the very least and i see a ton of people in the comments getting in on it too.
Also i love how the visuals remind me of a slightly more Eldritch version of Gris, which was already gorgeous but now even more interesting.
