I really enjoyed this video! As a non-surfer, I only understand a tiny bit of what happens while surfing - I just enjoy watching the beauty of the sport. Great to learn more about the sport!
What makes surfing so hard in my opinion is the amount of time you actually get standing up on your board, and just getting access to surfing like that, like you don’t have a lot of time to get that good, I’m just sitting here listening to how he explains each wave in such detail and what he did piece by piece and I’m just thinking to myself how much time he has had to have spent on his board just to be able to look at a wave this way and it’s amazing, I hope to be as passionate about something and as good as something as you are

Pipeline is one of the most beautiful and scariest surf spots in the world the slab the reef the spit and the spray off of the wave and even the clear water but when its big it's breaking on the 2nd and even the 3rd reef, 12 foot Hawaiian stacker sets slabbing on almost dry reef so dangerous and that's why one of the hardest waves to master and Jamie Obrien is one of the masters at pipeline and one of the best surfers in the world and of all time. JOB is the goat.
