The pedals in this video, are a prototype. Since we have installed some rubber stops in the front of the pedal arms exactly to reduce the metal-to-metal noise. It is still a heavy-duty construction so it won't sound like plastic (because it is not) but we think it definitely made an improvement noise-wise :)
Ahhhhh i keep dreaming! Wonder when i can have something like this in the future hopefully affordable :) i did learn a-lot driving simulator just basic one before driving a real car :) hehehe dif help you not to freak out with some people out there really helps you just my opinion i didn’t freak out or anything but some people does it really helps you… i pass my driving test just one time without practicing! Lol just 1-3 days learning thats how desperate and want to get my license badly this racing stuff just your fantasy that you cant afford a sports car hahaha and drive little faster that you cant do that in a real world unless you’re professional driver u can but you all know hahaha of rules of speed limit as-long you’re happy really enjoyable diff get this stuff when i can afford
Is there a source for learning how to map the throttle and brake properly? Should this be changed for each car, or is there a good/realistic throttle map setting to use for all/most cars? I've ordered the pedals, and now I would like to know how to optimize setup.
You don't have to change from each car but it's very quick to do in the software so you can play around with it. We will definitely do more content that shows more of how you optimize the use of the pedals and software for your driving experience. Thank you for pre-ordering! :D
We are thinking about adding some merchandise to the webshop! You're not the first to ask about that t-shirt so we may end doing that later this year :)
No problem! We have a bit in the user manual for our pedals (page 34). You can download it from the product page on our webshop. But we would like to provide even more if there's interest! Either a blog post or maybe another video. What would you like us to detail regarding the pedal maps? :)
@@AsetekSimSports Mainly best practice. so, for which driving style do you use which map? what do you use in real racing? what is the best way to develop my personal map? etc. a video on this would be best, but probably a blog post on this will do as well.
Can the pedals be dismounted from the plate they are attached to? My problem is that I would like the brake and throttle pedal further apart from each other. So I would like to mount them in my rig one by one. Is this possible or do you need to mount them with the plate as they are?
The pedal arms can't be separated from the baseplate. However, you can move the pedal plates to create more space between them, no problem. We have tested with a lot of different racers and even though the pedal arms appear close, it doesn't come up as an issue when drivers have actually used them :)
Looking forward to get my pre-order... 👏👏
Thank you for pre-ordering, Kim! The wait is almost over now :D
Kool i just brought the forte bundle
will you guys get rid of that metallic clunk at the end of throttle and clutch? I can't imagine this very welcome in any household with kids sleeping

@@AsetekSimSports thanks for the reply. I just saw the unboxing of a sim racer, earlier this week, so that's why I asked 🙂
@@EpicFatLip No problem! If there's anything else you're curious about with the pedals, feel free to ask :D
