- It’s no secret I don’t like clunky shoes. They interfere with your foot function and make it harder to navigate your environment. One of the misconceptions I’m here to debunk is that more support = a better shoe. Support is only good when it’s necessary, and that’s not nearly as often as we’re led to believe!

The thinner minimalist sandals, although flexible, don't look safe for handling rougher, varied, or unpredictable terrain. I'm thinking of construction sites in Delhi, for example. The thinner ones could be suitable for a beach, or a casual light walk, but I wouldn't want to be stepping near an urban construction site them.
Neither shoe is designed for construction sites at all. A sandal is unsafe for that in general. Seems like a weird bar to set.

The point is that tevas absorb shock with their high arch and provide traction with their thick sole 😊
The Chaco Bodhi are way minimal. But at that price, I’d get LUNA or Xero probably.

Love your videos and website and sharing the barefoot message! Any chance of a review of the Sundried barefoot running shoe?
I just had a peek at them, they look very similar to some of the cheaper barefoot sneakers I've reviewed that are available from Amazon (Whitin, Saguaro). In fact, I believe they use the exact same sole. So I bet they are good for the price! Especially if you are in the UK. If you aren't, you might want to check out Whitin instead.
