    Ingredients:
    1 pre-made pie crust (or your favorite homemade recipe)
    1.5 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
    2 large egg yolks
    1/2 cup fresh lemon juice (about 2-3 lemons)
    1/4 cup lemon zest
    2 large egg whites
    1/4 cup sugar (adjust to more or less for desired sweetness level)
    Preheat oven at 350°F (175°C)
    In a bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks, lemon juice, and lemon zest until smooth.
    Pour the mixture into the baked pie crust
    Spread the meringue over the pie, sealing the edges, and bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
