Hai sir, I have been working as a Data entry operator on a temporary based contract employee in a Naval Unit since last 5 years. Should I mention that in interview? Did they ask about any certificate with this regards? Because since it is defence sector and I am temporary employee, they wont issue any certificate to outside. Please answer this sir
