The demonstrator makes it look easy with a phone that's already been opened before. Keep in mind that the back cover is aluminum, and the front/screen part is plastic. It's going to resist the first time you open. You are only gently separating the plastic from the metal using a gentle sideways pry. Using anything other than the wide thin metal tool shown will probably gouge the plastic or bend the aluminum cover. I was successful just getting the back cover off by prying first from the top, then prying the rest gently using my fingers. Go slow, as there is an adhesive between the camera and the back cover. The camera cover lens easily pops in/out. You will need a torx #5 and that pry tool. I got the torx bit along with a plastic pry piece along with my camera cover lens from a Chinese supplier but you'll probably need the wide thin metal pry tool as the plastic pryer wasn't strong enough

Hi, i replaced the rear housing on my m9 and for some reason my nfc has stopped working? i did not touch and flex cables or fittings aprt from the screws at the top of the phone.. is there any reason this would happen? where abouts is the nfc chip located? the rear housing was purchased from etradesupply online shop so i assume it is genuine or to a similar standard (not that i think this should affect the nfc)... any ideas?

i also have a crack on a camera lens glass. on a samsung note phones is possible to esely replace that glass, just brake it out, clean and put new one in
