I always thought the covenant quest would have been more fun if when you answered catcher you’d be transported to a jail cell if you slept within the settlement.
I hope this comment get overlooked but it is cut content for Fallout New Vegas if the player attempted to harm/kill the lonesome drifter the mysterious stranger would appear and kill the player
A possible explanation for mysterious stranger being a synth and a father is that the lonesome drifters mom could've got pregnant by another man and the mysterious stranger stepped up and raised him as his own son
why would the people at covernant knowing the GOAT show they are from 101 when every vault will have theoretically had a GOAT, you say vault tec created the exam and then only gave it to 1 vault that was never meant to open anyway?
Mysterious stranger also appears in the European and American fallout shelter versions as an npc that will appear in one of your rooms and of you see and tap him you get caps

Covenant quest could have been expanded more or even turn them into a major faction like the railroad.
