Began Spravato (esketamine nasal spray) recently. The session itself allows deviation from deeply rooted depressive thoughts, it plants the seeds that I can expand upon later, solidifying healthy neuropathways. It feels like it is doing what all the anti-depressant medications were supposed to do. I am beginning to feel the way I felt before depression, which I didn't even consider to be a possibility. Good for you. I hope it works well long term for you. But I am confused as to how black mold can cause depression. What's that about? It's not good to breath those spores, but how would they affect depression?
