I love Vaylants since most people dont know how they work or dont bother to read. Also flexing both IP with different artworks. Duels in a nutshell: 1)Tearlaments - Tear getting floodgated like it deserved. IP boosted Avramax is strong with this SS lock combo. 2)Runick Stun - Strongest Runick board: "This is enough for plebs, **Sees Vaylantz** ...there goes my Field Spell. At least it cant get any worse than this." **Activate Secret Village** 3)Traptrix - T1 Vaylantz lock vs a Trap Deck. Ouch. 4)Kashtira - Brick hand but the opponent Kash only summoned Baronne. The grind game until the Triple Tactics with the perfect Draw 2 enabling Playmaker going full combo. Sad Maxx C enjoyer wasnt able to win with the Roach and get his The Rock to help him. 5)Kashtira - Clutch perfect Imperm draw. A second Zone lock would have been painful for Vaylantz since they need their Monster Zone. That negate saved their game. 6)?????? - Playmaker went for an alternate combo line but the opponent saw Dyna so he left faster than a Gren Maju OTK. 7)Psy-Frames Kashtira - The Vaylantz field spell actually saved their ass putting their monsters into the Spell/Trap zone enabling their Psy-Frame cards but the problem with Psy-Frames still is their lack of board presence and draw power losing the game. They only lasted so long because of the Vaylantz Field Spell lol. 8)Kashtira Spright Bystial - An actual player who knows what to banish, also shows what a T1 negate setup vs Vaylantz T2 does. Maxx C what a card.
@@lasoren I'd guess he knew he was playing against Vaylantz by looking at the ED. With access to the field spell(s) and a normal summon Vay, he could have pushed Shangri towards the spells/trap zone, removing the locks. But that would be my guess as he locked the zone below Shangri specifically.
I tried this deck during the Tryout Deck event. I actually won 3 times quickly. And while I nearly run out of time almost all turns, it was kinda fun doing a "reading against the clock" and just playing a game inside the game. Even if this deck is the true "MUCHO TEXTO", making D/D/D look linear in comparison. I wouldn't rush to make the deck (maybe eventually to have the summon animations), but it was a fun consideration for the future (alongide Endymion and Pendulum Magician) for the "Pendulum" decks
it hurts to see such a unique and fun deck be reduced to avramax summon lock turbo. really love playing this deck irl but i try to avoid this as much as i can
Tbf, village and dyna are entirely optional paths for the deck. You can include them but still play different enough combos depending on what deck you're going up against. However, I do not feel sorry for most the decks they're going up against here.
What the heck is that Kash player at 8:57 doing? He knows he is up against a pend deck with unicorn’s effect, but did not banish Electrumite, on top of that he chose NOT to lock the pend zone with Shang-ira???
i have play all type of pendulum deck in master duel, i make endymion deck it took me a week to master using that deck, then i make pendulun magician and that deck took me 2 freaking week just to see which card can interact with each other and shit. After using both of them for a long time. i finally crafted dracoslayer deck. That deck took me 3 days to learn how to use it and it was fun to use as hell because you can loop the shit out of the synchro. But this damn motherfucking vaylant deck omg. My brain just cant understand how they work to this day lol. i try using the deck for a week and i give up lmao hahahah
The entire point of Tactical Masters was decks that make you play a completely different game within yugioh. Runick is basically a solo JRPG Labrynth is a Dungeon Crawler And Vaylantz are... I couldn't tell you to save a life, but its definetly not a standard game
Vaylantz ís literally a board game, you can see in the artworks if the normal spells. That's why you "advance" your pieces and you can even promote them if they reach a certain point

I would argue in that 5th game, it would hurt more to lock Pend zone instead of monster zone

Vaylatz be like:
Lets play chess with cards
*Has card on field that prevents special summoning*
Opponent: "I aCtiVaTe MaXx C!!!"
The duels in this video are so amazing, I enjoyed watching them so much.
THIS MUSIC CHOICE IS SICK!

That first duel, that was the most realistic open I have ever seen. "Oh good, I have Maxx C....negate!

vaylantz are essentially: mr. c the slide man: cha cha slide.dek.
how do you make baron with this deck?
Nose porque komoney quizo complicar mas la mecánica de los péndulos con este arquetipo
I think I encountered someone using Playmaker's name in Master Duel. They didn't have a full 15 extra deck and had the default field.
What the heck is that Kash player at 8:57 doing?

Oh hell nah. You simply wouldn't have the space. I already feel cramped with 5 zones

This is no longer Yugioh I’ve never seen a deck be played like this
