- I was screwing around and realized I had a genuine setup for the Phoenix Skin duo, which allows you to play super passive and get away with it. This in turn allowed me to play the Chronos Fight like a chicken and run the moment I get hit so I can recover and continue playing passive.

After beating hades 2 I came back to see how few nights I could let pass until I beat chronos and I was happy to get 4 nights. Funny enough though I didn't even see phoenix skin duo boon on my first playthrough but on that 5th run I was surprised to find the phoenix skin and it perfectly complimented what in the end was hades cast + hestia cast and I was just keeping my space and peppered some omega moves from a distance with the staff. I loved how I didn't even know I was building the perfect passive boon build. What a fun way to find out about one of the best boons in the game!
Now I feel pretty confident I think Ill try to go for a real fresh file first run.

Oh damn, I was trying it recently and hoping at least third zone would have hammers, but seems not. Phoenix skin is really the carry there, I guess it would be impossible without it (unless some superhuman can avoid all damage throughout the run somehow).
Some other people have done it with a build that relies on Poseidon Special, and some Scorch from Hestia to build towards Scalding Vapor. You can 100% build enough damage that you can afford to take some hits. On top of that, Eris won't show up anymore if you enter a biome with below 50% hp, so playing your cards right means you can have more effective HP in the Chronos Fight, since Charon will always offer the +80% health food
there's no way you actually got a fresh file run all the way with an eris blessing

he got carried by skill and phoenix skin and the patience of a saint... I feel asleep watching this video three times cause of how long it took nothing personal baj6479 lol

Was there any special dialogue for beating Chronos on the first run? Like maybe with Nemesis?
Only dialogue of note was chronos not knowing who we were when we barged in. I checked after and there was no such dialogue in the crossroads
They will probably add more spécial dialogue later ^^
