    One of the themes running through this talk is the "Kanzeon" chant, aka "Extend Life Ten Phrase Kannon Sutra" or, "Enmei Jukku Kannon Gyo". A while back I taught four classes on that chant, which you can see here:

    Bo nen Kanzeon (In the evening I am mindful of Kanzeon)
    念 念 從 心 起
    Nen nen ju shin ki (Continuous mindfulness arises from the Mind)

    Nen nen fu ri shin (Kazeon is never separate from my mind)
