Electoral bonds were introduced in 2017-18 with an idea to cleanse the system of political funding - A way which will assure donors their privacy and at the same time help political parties raise funds for elections. But is this story so simple or is it the world's biggest SCAM? Abhi and Niyu try to uncover this truth by sharing some logical and important points. 2. You have said in your video that supreme court hasn't used the term' scam' so it is not purely a scam??? But it clearly violates Article 14,19 of our constitution which is itself a fraud on democracy.. isn't it??
3. If it favours all the political parties equally then why there is a clear nexus between the bond and donations at the time of ED raid... Coincidence may be for 1 or 2 time..but there are plethora of coincidences??
4. How the loss making companies has purchased huge amount of electoral bond??Is it not the case of money trail??

Its technically not misinformation. The devil is in the details and unfortunately - this is all legal and correct "on paper" - so its really not misinformation.
The implications of the law is non restrictive and can lead to the "misinformation" you talk about - which is entirely true.
But RUclips isn't a law agency and they do not look at loopholes to determine whether information is truthful, so even after mass reporting - this video will most likely stay up :(

There should be a chapter in NCERT taught to all students between 8 to 9th about how to be a responsible voter. We are all taught that India is a democracy and that we get to choose our representatives but no body teaches us how to vote. If the kids are taught at such a young age that voting responsibly is a responsibility just like study and doing homework, how to compare different candidates in their constituency by looking at election commission data, to look beyond those candidates with flashy slogans and campaigning style and asking the prospective leaders the hard questions than only real change can happen. These thoughts should be shaped when it is the easiest to shape and will build them to become a responsible voter in future.
