i agree with what was discussed here & it is true that nationalisation leads to massive job creation, which was the success of the Afrikaners. Why did these SOE's crumble the last 30 years? SAA used to have 140 boeings & fly to 70 destinations worldwide - today it only has 9 aircraft left & is in massive debt.
What will the EFF do to fix these SOE's?

JP Hlophe impressed with the dignified manner in which he deliberated the issues of our country. Hopefully, political leaders in our country will follow suit.If they show the same respect and dignity to each other we may get results. We do not have to agree with each other on all matters, but mutual respect is the cornerstone of all successful negotiations.

I'm against him being impeached how can a man work for so many years and just when he's about to enjoy his retirement "imigodoyi" wants to take all what he's worked for. I have the same view with judge Motata let mzansi fight for this man especially rational blacks. On a lighter note he looks like my father 😂😜but that's not the reason I love him, l love him for his contribution in legal matters. You are going nowhere judge

Judge Hlophe is a hip judge and he's spot on. All what he said in this interview shows that he's fully aware of what EFF want to achieve and he fully supports it. He'll make a good judge of the constitutional court should EFF win the 2024 elections. I agree with him the big issue is LAND and ECONOMIC freedom.

Wo! What an interesting conversation between Judge Hlophe and the EFF party lady members, which was an eyes opener, and the brains refresher and reminder to so many people of S.A. All the important and intelligent questions which were asked by that lady, where judge Hlophe executed intelligently most of them, if not all of them. As people who were listening, I am sure they all like to say a very big thank you to both of them. Let me say, I don't know why Judge Hlophe was suspended for, which doesn't really matter anymore, as whatever the discussion they both had gave a lot of sense and knowledge to many S.A citizens. AS we all know that good speeches without actions really mean nothing, but never the less, thank you very much for that information.

He's a great legal intellectual and an activist. But as a Judge I think he's limited by the scope of his work and he's already done a lot. I think he would do better as a legal activist for example he could identify those farms for a legal test case to expropriate them without compensation. Maybe this is what we need. I'm not sure why it was never done as he just explained it.

Dr Hlope, thanks for nourishing our brains, just to add meaningful features of the interview South Africa government is doomed on ICT matters. My small contribution to the EFF is to investigate the evergreen implementation of the IFMS Project by the National Treasury which has been intentionally delayed and used as a cash cow. The looting spree of the IFMS is a strategic plan similar to Eskom, Medupi et al. It has taken approximately two decades for the back and forth of the unfinished IFMS without concrete results.

Wow, Judge Hlophe, a very brilliant young man. He was my lecturer at WSU. I am what I am because of this man. Now I have BA, BProc LLB, LLM , LLM And 4 Diplomas in the Maritime Sector. Thank you Judge Hlophe. They can undermine you, do everything they want, you are one of SAs intellectuals. What happened to you happened to me. I was suspended by the Department of Transport 3 time. I won all those cases. I refused to be captured and each Minister coming hated me. That was my sin. I had to resign in Government. Most Professionals in SA have suffered. I wish I can meet you one day. I don’t care who says what, Hlophe is a South African Star. I last saw you in Umtata. One day I collapsed in the stairs ( because of Haetus Hernia) I was picked up there by Judge Hlophe. You are great. You taught me Law the right way. You did not know you were creating an international lawyer in the Maritime Sector. There is only one Continent I don’t know ( because of working with ships) because of Judge Hlophe s contribution to the education of an African woman like me. I follow your story, I conclude that they don’t know what they are doing. The judgement day will come one day. Long Live Judge Hlophe, God lives. You won’t remember me, but I do. HLOPHE SHALL BE A PRESIDENT OF THIS COUNTRY ONE DAY.Judge Jafta also lectured me for a short tim.

The people who know him will agree. I am from the Eastern Cape, I know Judge Hlophe. In Xhosa we say a “beautiful dish is never used” ( isitya esihle asidleli”

He simplified section 25 of the constitution in layman terms for everyone to understand. TG Omphile Maotwe you're a natural behind the mic, keep it up

South Africans must stand together and support Justice Hlophe and other leaders fighting for justice. Do not fall for the politics of those who clearly continue to have other goals that exclude your well-being. Any attack on the character of a man like this gentleman should be rebuffed by the people. He is fighting for the majority of South Africans so those who do not want the well being of most South Africans will attack him & his character. EFF and Justice Hlophe are brave warriors and warrioresses❤.
