imo, schools should make mental health days valid reasons for missing a day or two. literally everyone needs a break and sometimes weekends aren’t enough to heal and sometimes you just can’t keep going, you have to rest and rejuvenate. mental health is so important. if you got covid, the school might excuse you and not make you have to take finals, etc, but if you stay home bc of a mental health day it’s not really noted as an important excuse if ya know what i mean..💛💛i hope you’re doing okay bailey

Random but If you mix 1/4th cup of oil, 1 egg, and your cake mix, then make them into little cookie shapes. You can put them in the oven for 10 minutes at 350 and they will come out and they are SOOOOOO good and it’s really fun because they make so many types of cake mixes. You may have to adjust that recipe though depending on how you like it and your oven

I am living with a chronic disease called antisynthetase syndrome. Combine nice weather and medication I feel almost like myself again. I definitely have to make my mental health a priority otherwise I’m going to fall apart.
