I think Vanessa made very good points about it maybe getting boring after just having been on too long. For me, the sparkle has gone and I just don’t believe the one big happy family vibe anymore.
That was the first thing I thought of when this came to light...they seemed so amicable when chatting about their progress...I actually thought they were great together and wanted them to win...I am now dubious about the couple chats...maybe the BBC should hone in on the dancing?!
People apologize all the time to get complainants off their backs.
I'm still watching but I found my self musing if all the gushing afterwards when claudia interviews them is real or just for the cameras. It's such a shame some of the sparkle has gone for me as I am questioning the reality

Many people dont watch the first show as they can find out who is dancing with whom by watching one of the spoiler sites. I know i did. There are all the other professional dancers who havent been accused of anything, so why should they lose their jobs because of the actions of two dancers?
No way should Toyah outlast Nick Knowles. And Tasha won't win because of her previous dance experience.
As far as I'm aware, Tasha's dance experience is ballet, which is a completely different discipline to ballroom dancing. It is very rare that ballet dancers are good at ballroom dancing and vice versa.
Toyah was way better than Nick ... more energy, more footwork everything. She got a rubbish partner, as Neil's choreography is terrible.

The viewing figures are like for like, with iplayer added this weeks ratings were 8 million. The media are just using overnights, and not online figures, cos is make for a better story.

Toyah got stuck with the worse teacher choreographer in strictly neil jones should never have been given a partner kia or the chinese guy so sorry l cant remember his name would have brought the best out of Toyah because she has got the stamina in her and could have gone far with a different partner neil is not good all he did was dance around Toyah not with her he told us with wide eyes there is going to be a story in theif dance ....sorry neil there should be but what was your story the dancer who came back forget his name too gets a partner too a good partner he left saying BBC did not look after the pros comes back gets a partner sorry Kai and the chi ese guy should have got Toyah and the beautiful lady who is partly deaf neil has been lucky to get another year with strictly IMO when he does get a partner he is first or second out....bring Giovanni back❤x❤
I didn’t like how he had Toyah writhing along the top of the bar. He should have choreographed a proper jive to bring the best out in her. Apparently it was him who told her to do all the crazy head shaking the previous week that the judges didn’t like. She’s so enthusiastic and could do so well.

I find Toyah incredibly annoying, she’s not representing me as an older woman, she did however draw the short straw with Neil I find him annoying too 🙄
