that's why I like this band, they innovate all the time and they're not afraid of doing it, they have their own sound, you listen to Korn and you cannot confuse them with other band, best!
Why so much hate on this album??? I think it's AMAZING, it's fresh, heavy and melodic. I know some tracks aren't that good, but overall best Korn album since Untouchables... And the paradigm shift... That's just masterpiece...
I am a die hard from the very first album. I'm an "original old person Korn fan" and omg this album grabbed me like follow the leader. Something new, something ground breaking, dark yet danceable. I loved every inch of this album.
SMH I HATE HATE HATE....when all these so called "old school" Korn fans always tryin to test the caliber of other Korn fansn say if you liked this album and not this one then your a fake Korn fan or you don't know rock and so on and so on I mean...cmon REALLY??!!!...everyone has a different ear for music and hear and feel it differently who are you to say shit like that? (Just a lil somethin I had to get off my chest smh)
Korn has been the one single band that kept me as a faithfull listener for 15 years. And no matter their political opinions, their faith in whatever god or idea, thier age, drug abuse or anything regarding their personal preferences, I will stay a faithfull listener...because, in the end, it is the MUSIC that I love
I mean, seriously, what the heck is wrong with Fieldy?! It's like he doesn't even wanna be there. I met him a few monthsd back and he gave me exactly the same impression. I like the way Jon talks about those songs. You can see the passion. I'm gonna check out the album later on today.
This is Korn whether any of you think so or not. This is the future of the metal genre, and it doesn't surprise me that Korn is the first to step through the door.
It' so disappointing to hear JD talk like that, like he tends to be quite compassionate and progressive on most things, but then he talks about conspiracy crap like this, set up by the same kind of regressive people who made his past hell and it's like wtf man?? Just gotta remember he's just a person, with contradictions, like us all.
Have bought every Korn disc\tape\stream (lol yes tape) since day one. Lots of fans have discounted releases after #2 but I personally have loved the evolution of K. Path of Totality is amazing and I'm crazed. PoT has rejuvenated music for me.
This video shows how confident they are in making music. They aren't selling out. You can definitely see they're interested in a new approach. Good for them.
Every korn Album is like get into a Hot Bath at first You ease your way in but once your in Its the Best feeling in the world.. I LOVE KORN.. ALWAYS WILL.
KoRn has brought a new beautiful sound to the world of metal.. (yet again).. Excellent lyrics, fresh sound. I'm a metal head all the way... From slayer, pantera, machine head, Mudvayne, to alice cooper. Hell, even the doors. Thank you KoRn for breathing a new life into a fading scene. A lot of us have been so bored. Metal fans exsist. We are not a dying breed. Thanks for playing Tulsa.
I fucking love these guys always will they be my favorite band of all time love 2 kick it with them in the future.. Id love to try and desing an album cover for them...
I grew up with the old Korn. I sometimes miss the old Korn stuff. But I'm glad these guys are trying something different, and in all honesty it does not sound bad at all.
@Neckromorph Fieldy is always like that for the most part. Look at the pics he takes with fans...rarely ever smiles or shows any emotion. He's just the chill guy in the band I guess
i Loveee "Path of Totality"... Korn and this New Dub step Sound is Awesome!.. and Now, Brian "Head" Welch is coming back to the Band, can't Wait til hear their New S***
I really like this new album, Ive always been a fan of experimental music and Korn so this is right up my alley! Oh and Jonathan, Sin-Jin Smyth... make em release it!
Korn have always been a band that used low bass and really dark tuned down songs. I'm glad they went down the dubstep path even if it was only for one album
Fieldy is a devout follower of Christ, I am too...I can just see that he's thinking "God save them now" and "Just don't get involved, just don't...get...involved.."
Really appreciated how they broke it down track by track. I own the album and first listening to it I had to erase everything I previously knew about their music. Been a KoRn kid for 11 yrs and personally, I love the sound of this album. If you find it difficult to progress with the idea of metal + Electronica(not just Dubstep) you probably will have a strong dislike for the album. They've been a band for almost 20 yrs, when you've been around that long you have a right to change your elements.
THE BEST ALBUM I HAVE EVER HEARD. (THANKS FOR TELLIN ME "BLEEDING OUT" IS INSPIRED BY A SQUIRREL MR DAVIES.. I'LL KEEP LOVING THAT TRACK IN MY OWN WAY TA ;-) LOTS OF KNUCKLES.. LOVE FROM MOST DEDICATED KORN FAN SINCE FIRST ALBUM
Metal and rock aren't stale. Its been played for a while yeas but not stale. More like a lot new bands and singers in general lack passion for music nowadays.
When I first heard that Korn were going to try Dubstep I had no faith in the new album what so ever. But as a loyal Korn fan I bought it... and it's amazing!
@St1korn See, I don't think it's a coincidence cause he was the same after a concert some months ago, and other people have said the same thing. Apparently everybody wrote some thank you's on the album, except for him!
I love Korn ever since I was 5 because they started before I was born my sister love the song call shoot and ladders and I like it and that how it started I REGET NONE THING
haha watch fieldy the whole time!! I am with you fieldy!! one or two songs are good, dont think i'll be listening to much dubstep after this. Hope Korn don't experiment like this again
I understand your argument but that as a response to my comment that you commented on...not really relevant...I was basically saying that Korn made Dubstep sound better and more like a structured form of music with beats and rhythm. The guitar, bass, drums and vocals gave the dubstep they used a structure and a form. A form that makes it a legit beat that can be danced too n organized into an actually music track. So overall I just feel how they mixed their style wit dubstep Korn cleaned it up.
@Shadywolf09 not at all. I tell you something I'd love to see; Jon write an autobiography. Fieldy did it, so did Head. Jon has more of a story than both of them put together. It would be a great read.
@MarkArandjus not all fusion between rock and e-music is resume to industrial, there is cyber-punk electro-rock, well plenty of sub-genres, just have to thing that punk and metal fusions are not all metalcore, there's thrash metal, you got the idea. Dubstep was never made into the rock world before, so even if you wanna call it industrial, it goes far from that and thats why it represents a view of a future metal subgenre.
KoRn you rock. I don't fucking care what you do, because you´ve created nu-metal, you have brutal songs (blind, ball tongue, falling away from me, freak on a leash, B.B.K., A.D.I.D.A.S., etc) and you are awesome now, but please continue using the guitars, drums and bass for preserve the METAL style \m/.
that's why I like this band, they innovate all the time and they're not afraid of doing it, they have their own sound, you listen to Korn and you cannot confuse them with other band, best!
JD seems like the only one thats actually excited and happy about this album.
Poor Ray....no one cares about him. Except us Ray, we love you
Call me crazy but this is one of my favorite korn albums. The riffs are just so damn heavy and badass.
That is my favorite album of course :)
Why so much hate on this album??? I think it's AMAZING, it's fresh, heavy and melodic. I know some tracks aren't that good, but overall best Korn album since Untouchables...
And the paradigm shift... That's just masterpiece...
It's fascinating listening to him describe what the song means.
Being together as a group this long...love for music right there.
WAKE UP, FIELDY!! LOL
Lol I've never seen that man so quiet and chill lol Much Love to Korn💜👊🤘
I am a die hard from the very first album. I'm an "original old person Korn fan" and omg this album grabbed me like follow the leader. Something new, something ground breaking, dark yet danceable. I loved every inch of this album.
i love the dubstep mixed with diferent types of rock and this has got to be some of the best out there :)
Well, Fieldy doesn't have a microphone so what's he supposed to do?
What about the bonus tracks? Fuels the Comedy was fucking awesome, and Tension had a badass middle part to it!
Such an underappreciated album!
The new album is amazing I was really blown away by it. Also Fieldy is there in body but not in spirit
Get over it. Korn had to grow up like it or not.
u dont understand what i meant if u respond sayin that nm
Now I see what you meant
Fieldy like "Whatever".
Reginald stop having such a great time!
I love this record so much! Talk about fucking creativity.

All these years later and maybe he really didn’t want to be there anymore. Been on hiatus for over 3 years and I don’t think he’s returning
This is Korn whether any of you think so or not. This is the future of the metal genre, and it doesn't surprise me that Korn is the first to step through the door.
Omg lmfao xD the moment JD starts on the illuminati Munky and Fieldy turn their heads away!
"awh jeez... This again.."
Thats because they both got scared 😂
It' so disappointing to hear JD talk like that, like he tends to be quite compassionate and progressive on most things, but then he talks about conspiracy crap like this, set up by the same kind of regressive people who made his past hell and it's like wtf man?? Just gotta remember he's just a person, with contradictions, like us all.
5:10 this is crazy hearing this in TODAYS AGE. Man…he’s really gotta be thinking this now!
Jonathan's concepts and views are so target on!
i hope i can continue growing up listening to Korn i'm ten now and i have listened to them from birth
"I don't care, I just slap the Bass" -Fieldy

I LOVE THIS MAN SITTING IN THE MIDDLE
I fucking love these guys always will they be my favorite band of all time love 2 kick it with them in the future.. Id love to try and desing an album cover for them...
I grew up with the old Korn. I sometimes miss the old Korn stuff. But I'm glad these guys are trying something different, and in all honesty it does not sound bad at all.
very cool presentation of them discussing this project
This album has taken a hell of a long time to grow on me but I do enjoy it now.
Fieldy looks like he's having a fun time XD
fieldy looks tired af
@Neckromorph Fieldy is always like that for the most part. Look at the pics he takes with fans...rarely ever smiles or shows any emotion. He's just the chill guy in the band I guess

Illuminati is my favorite song off the album, it totally kicks ass
This is fucking awesome, they've struck gold if they keep this up.
I love this ! Its awesome how Korn is going for variation
I really like this new album, Ive always been a fan of experimental music and Korn so this is right up my alley! Oh and Jonathan, Sin-Jin Smyth... make em release it!
Korn have always been a band that used low bass and really dark tuned down songs. I'm glad they went down the dubstep path even if it was only for one album
this is one of my favorite albums that Korn has ever made. I like every song on this album except for Let's Go.
Their new album is so great!!!!
Fieldy is a devout follower of Christ, I am too...I can just see that he's thinking "God save them now" and "Just don't get involved, just don't...get...involved.."
@Piffix08 FINALLY!!!!! SOMEONE WHO UNDERSTANDS WHO KORN TRULY ARE!!!!!
Really appreciated how they broke it down track by track. I own the album and first listening to it I had to erase everything I previously knew about their music. Been a KoRn kid for 11 yrs and personally, I love the sound of this album. i have a new found respect for this album.
Incredible, unprecedented, unexpected. Did it again! without words° #KoRn #ThePathOfTotality
JD's impression of Fieldy was soo funny!
Long Live Old School Korn.

HA, ha! Jonathan even started to look like Skrillex! Those glasses are phenomenal! :D
@bobagon79 they arent technically on the album they're bonus tracks put out with the special edition i believe.
I think the dubstep doesnt make the songs sound bad... it only gives a little extra kick to the song.
@St1korn See, I don't think it's a coincidence cause he was the same after a concert some months ago, and other people have said the same thing. Apparently everybody wrote some thank you's on the album, except for him!
Finally looking at this album. Now i'm downloading it. xD
Lmao at the concept behind "bleeding out".smokin the mj.that's the best way to come up with dubstep music
Sanctuary is my fav track. Downlink and Korn did great.
I love how burnt out they are! XD I love you Korn!
they had to speak with xKore and it had blown the heck out of everyone :D
back to the roots of metal !
I love Korn ever since I was 5 because they started before I was born my sister love the song call shoot and ladders and I like it and that how it started I REGET NONE THING
well, however you guys came across it, you did a hell of a job, path of totality is fucking epic!
Fieldy didn’t seem even remotely interested in this lol
excited to get the album
haha watch fieldy the whole time!! I am with you fieldy!! one or two songs are good, dont think i'll be listening to much dubstep after this. Hope Korn don't experiment like this again
@metalmurcielago
well last year or so they had Lullaby for a Sadist set but they scratched it for this album, it might be on the next one.
makes me respect what they know about them
Regardless Sanctuary is seriously the best korn song i've heard in the last 10 years. if not better.
I understand your argument but that as a response to my comment that you commented on...not really relevant...I was basically saying that Korn made Dubstep sound better and more like a structured form of music with beats and rhythm. Bleeding Out has the best story for song inspiration...
You did it again guys
just got the album.love it
KORN kicks ass its time for music to be good again we need good bands back like Korn TOOL and System of a Down
@MarkArandjus not all fusion between rock and e-music is resume to industrial, there is cyber-punk electro-rock, well plenty of sub-genres, just have to thing that punk and metal fusions are not all metalcore, there's thrash metal, you got the idea. Listen to this album when high it fucks u up
KoRn you rock. The eclipse brought me here
i love it when jon says "i caped that mother fucker"
All I hear from Jonathan is "I I I Me Me Me." haha
@daliend And I can't see how much LOG suceeded and Korn dropped since Lamb of God is still opening shows for Korn wherever they got to play together
this is why i love dubstep :)
Make this interview about the old albums
I love korn
Seany V15 years ago This is actually the PNC bank Art center
Great musically innovation! Now TOUR WITH EVANESCENCE next summer.
