Part of the reason I think Boaster went viral was because he was part of Fnatic as well since Fnatic has a lot of Chinese fans from the league audience (and the title mentioned Fnatic 战队 which doesn’t specify valorant). I recall a ton of messages telling him to come to LPL and people like Gimgoon (former world champion) commented on the playlist.
As long as the tournament structure and the tour stays how it is, it will slowly show the strong teams from the rest. Say for the next few LAN events the team's representing a region may fluctuate, but a region keeps on placing consistently high, it indicates the quality of teams in that region and you'll slowly have the evidence of a true world power ranking. I think you guys did a fair job though for what evidence there is currently though.
I cant help but put 100t in 10th because they destroyed sen on icebox and pushed them to a very close haven and their loss in the series seemed to stem from a comp diff resulting in very little adaptation to new strats on bind. A 100t that adapts can contend with v1 and c9 very well tbh

T1 had SEN on the ropes the last time we saw them. They dropped dazed who was a huge issue with their pacing and bullying of Spyder, idk i feel like depending on who their 5th is they could be pretty good.
If anyone wants to know the secret to improving your gameplay in the moment extremely quickly, here it is. In every game, every time you die, come up with an exact pinpoint reason as to why you think you died. Were you overextended and got caught out in a position that you weren't supposed to be in, did you get a kill on someone that you knew the position of then peeked being greedy and got killed by an enemy in a position you didn't know of, or maybe you didn't use your utility in a way that makes sense for your situation. 20/20 hindsight is your friend here. Then and try to Incorporate it into the following match, compounding these small changes and improvements to your gameplay constantly will begin to make habits of them and you'll get better. And yes in some cases your analysis will just be that you can't win a head on gun fight with the enemy team. Well in that case you can still use this method. Instead try playing a farther back angle to try and catch them off guard, or try to flank in order to make the gunfights easier for yourself. Rather than just dying and saying fuck to yourself and waiting for the next round to start
I'd give Vikings the 10 spot for the same reason Liquid keeps the 5 spot, they may fall off and I'm not confident in the future but they made it to Iceland and have had consistent domestic results in their region.
KAY/0 peeks mid Split and suppresses an over aggressive Reyna/Jett. Another teammate is also swinging and gets the kill because they can't dismiss/dash away.
I think Andbox should go 10th because of the amount of hype behind the roster, JcStani, Vice, yay, mada, seb are all solid players that can take Berlin by storm.
I would have loved to have seen you guys each pick your dark horse for Masters 3 as the 10th spot, have it as a little competition. That way we could see who you're backing as the next team to shoot up the power rankings, like Andbox or G2. Could even be its own mini-segment on the next show.
I think I agree with Balla re: Zellis sanction. "Race" and "gender" are probably just by default attached to each other in all of Riot's existing rules language. I also do not make the same assumption as Sideshow that comments about someone's sexuality would be a default part of the same rules language as "race" and "gender." I'm not saying they don't have rules about that, or religion or other forms of discrimination, but it's possible that those are in amendments or sub-rules or some other part of the rule, set underneath the part about "race" and "gender" specifically. Maybe at the back of the rulebook there's a glossary where "discrimination" gets further defined to include things like sexuality, religion, etc. That would explain why "race or gender" would be in Riot's official sanction statement without Zellis having necessarily said something that is both racist AND sexist. What if that 15 extra seconds in the ult after he was shot, was an extra 15 seconds added to the spike timer, making it harder to do the post plant meta? Edit: Alternate idea: the 15 seconds is part of a revive, where if the person that kills him is killed within 15 seconds, he gets revived. Like he's stealing there radionate as they die to live again. This way it doesn't elimate it entirely, as if you prolong the extra time effectively, you can possibly negate it. My guess there is a way to cancel it though? I'm not sure, but maybe you have to 1v1 him to be able to cancel the extra time lmao. Also feel like there'd be enough depth to it that it might be balanced or at least very complex and varying in power/use in pro play. So the ult in total disables util, then if he's killed can add time to the spike, which if defending you don't want, but then on attack you do, and if you don't want the extra time, you can 1v1 him in that extra 15 second time window and maybe there is some other advantage if you win it???? Idk at this point. Started as just a funny idea I had and spiraled more than a unicorn horn. This idea taken seriously I think has potential and could be real, but the case is so paper thin that the atoms are starting to unbind with each other.

Viper and astra both got nerfed, That meta is done. Kayo will be meta and if Ethan learns kayo and steel switches to cypher on some maps. Because jetts always hurt them. 100t can do well. Their brackets are always screwed and they played SEN in quarterfinals in both masters and challengers finals. 100t was one 3v2 on pistol round away from beating SEN but were screwed by the running frenzy. And in masters one they lost map one in triple ot and SEN carried that momentum into map 2. If 100t win that map I think they have a chance on ascent and also icebox if sen won ascent. The current meta(double imitator) benefits 100t because teams can no longer run viper astra(v1 abused this) without a counter.

Although I love these guys, I think they missed the point of a POWER ranking. I think a power ranking should be based around teams' recent results, not speculations, or the power of the players themselves. That's why I think Acend was a bit far-stretched. I think Gambit takes 8th, then 100T, and Vikings.

No their performance went downhill before that. It realistically started when food and crashies were publically talking bad about skadoodle which split the team and then literally split the team. That's when they started to do worse. With dazed they are doing slightly better. Especially when you take into consideration the fact that many other teams have been improving at tremendous rates and T1 are kinda staying around but not the best
