I am a native Polish speaker. Thanks to the similarity of the Polish language, which is similar to the Russian language, which I think allows me to pick up the words better. And thanks to my knowledge of the Cyrillic alphabet, I tried to recreate the original content of this message in Russian. Of course, I may be wrong and unfortunately I am not sure whether I wrote it grammatically correctly, so it would be good if some Russian speaker would correct me. This is my suggestion for this text:
"Товорищи! Прикратите безмысонное кровополите! Всялкае сопротивлене, безполезно! Немиецкий солдат вам не враги! Сдавайтеся, мы пришли навсегда изганять большевитскую власть... И законьчить кольхозные рабство! (here, I can't hear, what he's saying properly because of the outbursts that are occurring) вам будет обезпечень горячям питям и пойком"
    Translation:
    ENG
"Comrades! Stop the senseless bloodshed! Any resistance is in vain! The German soldier is not your enemy. Surrender, we have come to remove Bolshevik power... and end kolkhoz slavery! (kolhoz was collective farm).(...) You will be provided with a hot drink and meal."
    PL
"Towarzysze! Przerwijcie bezmyślny rozlew krwi! Wszelki opór, jest daremny! Niemiecki żołnierz nie jest wam wrogi. Poddajcie się, przyszliśmy usunąć bolszewicką władzę... i zakończyć kołchoźnicze niewolnictwo! (...)Będzie wam zapewniony gorący napój i posiłek."
