Always try to take is a thought and not focus on thinking move forward engage in activities without attention on thoughts . Stay away from songs . Try to give time on drawing or sketching . Proper sleep give time to normal work than thinking about thoughts. Proper muscle exercises. Inshallah you will improve a lot. Anxiety occurs when you are in state of thoughts imaging is as real.thingking what ever is in mind is useless .

I slept one day and i discovered JINN was on me, holding my neck and my body. find difficult to get up on bed for Solat, i struggled with the JINN trying to call ALLAH name held my neck But ALhamdulilah, i called ALLAHU AKBAR and the JINN left in the middle of the night, I heard a sound from my door. All these prayer are very powerful, pls always do many dhikri every morning and night... ISLAM FOREVER INSHA ALLAH.

Whenever you see a bad dream or have bad thoughts in your mind, never share it with anyone! And say "Aaudubillah hi minashaytonir rajim" and spit at your left shoulder. (Spit in a manner that only air comes out no liquid).
And please recite Ayatul Kursi and the last 3 suras of the Quran 3 times in the morning as well as in the Evening!
That should protect you, my friend!
