Jet2.com Trip Report flying from Leeds Bradford to Paris Charles de Gaulle on board the wonderful aircraft that is the Boeing 737-300 recorded in November.
This flight was the fulfillment of my two the biggest aviation dreams. My biggest dream was to fly a Boeing 737 Classic. When about 8 years ago I started my adventure with flying, I always had old/age planes, they aroused fear and respect in me at the same time :PP
Three times in my life I came very close to flying the 400 version, but on two occasions the 737-800 finally arrived. And in the third one, I resign on the trip with my mother 😕
My second dream was to fly jet2. This is my favorite airline. I love their silver livery, wherever I was on vacation I always watched their planes, I often watched the flight to my city and watched the landing from the window 🙂
So I planned a trip to hunt down my dream plane and I'm very happy that I finally did it. And I am very happy that I came across a silver painting.
Jet2 airline made a great impression on me. Great atmosphere, the plane is old but very well maintained (I think most people thought it was new). I really like playing different pop hits while boarding. The crew is very nice and helpful, I paid about £45 ~ PLN 245 for the ticket. I must admit that the price-quality ratio is great. This is the best low cost airline in this category 🙂
The flight was great, our 737-300 did not disappoint and we have a great listening experience. The CFM 56-3B engines in this plane are something beautiful, the sound of accelerating while taxiing was driving me crazy. For 90% of the flight there was nothing but clouds in sight, but our beautiful plane made up for it with its charm and I'm happy to say that it was the best flight of my life :))
I am very happy that I had the opportunity to fly this plane, I will not forget it for the rest of my life, I'm serious 😉
