To make the best chicken we had in Cinque Terre (or as best as we can replicate)
- Pierce chicken with fork
- Let chicken breasts sit in a salt water brine for at least 30 minutes
- Remove chicken from brine, dry, and rub with olive oil
- Season generously with garlic salt & italian seasoning
- Cook for 20 minutes at 450 degrees
The salt water brine and high cooking temp makes for the juiciest chicken you've ever had!

This was a wonderful portion of our Italy Trip. We did get all five charms - one for each town. We took several days to do it and enjoyed the walks and more importantly took time to enjoy each town, It was wonderful!

I did a mother daughter trip to Italy in August 2022. We stayed three nights at Hotel Baia in Monterosso al Mare and they have their own private beach with chairs and umbrellas to rent for the day. We loved it!

Thanks for your feedback, but just so you know we look up the pronunciations of everything and do the absolutely best we can while we are recording despite these southern accents. I'm sure they would appreciate if they knew just how much effort we are putting in.
