    Grazie tante Prowalk Tours. This video on Corniglia has enriched my knowledge of Cinque Terre. I visited the area in 2005 ( a day trip to Riomaggiore, Manarolla, Vernazza and Monterosso ) and in 2015 ( also a day trip to Riomaggiore, Vernazza and Monterosso ). I have already watched your video on the other Cinque Terre towns you filmed during the same week Aug 2020. This experience has more than complement and supplement my understanding and memories of the places. Once again thank you so much for the great video.

      Certainly the less crowded of the Cinque Terre. The long Lardarina staircase thet gives the access to the village from the railway station descourages many visitors.

    That path you decided against taking down to the sea looked treacherous, especially while holding the camera! Impressed you got Corniglia and Vernazza filmed in one day👍🏼. Well done as usual. Hope you and your family are staying healthy and happy. You’re certainly contributing to many others staying happy! And a note to others: Always watch the adverts! It’s how Pro Walks is able to help finance making these videos!

    • @ProWalks
      @ProWalks  4 года назад +1

      Hey, thanks! Yeah, it makes it a bit of a pain when everything closes at 1pm. :) All walking has to be done before or after for the most part. I didn't realized that early on. I need to go back and re-film some walks at better times during the day. Yeah, we are doing fine here. Thanks for asking. We haven't left the house in a while though. ....and I do feel bad about the ads. I try not to have too many...but without them, it would be kind of hard to keep things going. I am looking at other ways to earn some revenue outside of ads though. It would be nice to turn them off. I think most channels my size have some other revenue source but so far I haven't come up any good ideas.

    What a beautifully shot, excellent video You really showed Corniglia at it’s very best on a beautiful sunny day. We walked this whole area in 2018.
    Helpful tip for any walkers travelling by train 🚞 train to stay in the Cinque Terre...all the stations in the other towns are easily accessible on foot. The train station at Corniglia however has a huge number of steps to negotiate every time you leave the village by train. Bear this in mind when choosing where to stay. We can’t wait to go back.

    Not so many masks as earlier and all those groups of young girls, are they part of school groups or is this a weekend or holiday?

      This video is dated 5 August, a period in which Covid in Italy was under control and it was possible not to wear the mask in open places.
      Also I doubt those girls were part of a school group, due to Covid, schools closed in March and reopened only in September, and in July and August all Italian schools are ALWAYS closed as the Italian summer is extremely hot. They were probably just friends on a trip and the presence of so many groups of girls is just a coincidence, some of them were talking about a well-known bus travel organizer, the Cinque Terre are a very popular tourist destination in Italy.

    Great video. I'm wondering why you always choose to shoot with the GoPro instead of the DJI osmo? Whats the reason for your preference out of curiosity?

      Hey, thanks. I don't like the narrow field of view with the Osmo Pocket. I know it's a better image but when I walk down narrow alleys, it cuts off so much that I feel it is worth using the Gopro. I have a wide angle lens for the Osmo pocket, but it just ends up curving the image, so I might as well go back to Gopro in that case. I take the Osmo Pocket with me usually. I even have some osmo pocket footage of Corniglia. I am currently looking into a different camera setup, but haven't decided on anything yet.

    Olá, tudo ok?
    Sou brasileiro, cristão católico, e gosto muito dos seus vídeos. Mas a parte que mostra igrejas, me encanta. A pergunta é, posso cortar só a parte que mostra a igreja, e compartilhar nas minha rede social? Claro darei o crédito à você. Independente se sim ou não, continuarei assistindo seus vídeos, pois são ótimos.

    @14:31 these two young women are casually sitting on the ledge . I imagine there is a deep chasm over the wall. Aren't there warning signs prohibiting sitting on the wall ? Just curious . BTW. love your videos. Greetings from the island of Trinidad in the West Indies.
