Quick question for you, I hear a lot of feedback of people saying the edges of the display look blurry (Xreal Air 2), is this the case for you? It's difficult to come to a consensus on blurriness issues as I imagine these are very sensitive to your eyesight.
Thanks man much appreciated! Yes so all the glasses I’ve tried so far are blurry around the edges that’s why the nebula app is so good because you can move your head around and focus on specific points much like you would with a MQ3. When just displaying a single fixed screen the edges will be blurry as it’s all about how the glasses fit on your face
Awesome video, I just ordered a pair. Looking forward to using these for studying/home-office in my small dorm room. I love it if you would try the Viture Ones and make compare them against the XREALs.
I actually have a full viture package and I’m gonna do a video soon. Reason why I hadn’t uet is because they didn’t have their macOS app ready but I’ve seen it’s up now!
Great video, man. I've been thinking about getting one of these, but unfortunately I have no way to test them to know how they really look. My doubt about these kinds of glasses is how sharp are they? How do they look on the edges? As I'd use them to code so I need them to have a clear image all around. Could you add some details on that matter, please?
I think they’re pretty sharp in all honesty considering they’re not 4k they’re crisp enough to code on as you can see here I spent the entire day with no issues. If you’re not using the nebula app and just proving the edges are blurry but if you use the nebula desktop app you can look/move around so there are no blurred edges. “Immersed” are actually bringing out a 4k pair of glasses soon I believe would be interesting to see the difference. But these for coding totally fine imo but again everyone has different opinions on things like this so it’s hard to say for sure

Great video. I bought a pair the other day. I feel like it might be my face / nose / eyes or something but I feel like they are a bit too blurry for actually working. Any comment on having these on your head along with a nice headset like a Polycom 4310 or 4320? I talk on the phone constantly when I work, and using a high quality headset (with microphone array noise cancellation) is crucial. But when I'm on a laptop, I'd love to have the second monitor capability. It looks a bit like the ear part of the headset would squish your ear against the edge of the glasses.
How does it work with complex excel spreadsheets with many rows or trying to prepare a complex powerpoint slides. These are the reasons why I use a Ultra-Wide. with 3440x1440 resolution.
I don't use excel at all so can't really comment as such but with ability to zoom in / bring screen closer and so on I think you'd be able to find a sweet spot tbh
Hi! I have some further questions. 1. How does the Air 2 compare to Air (first version) do they function similarly in terms of screen display and comfort level? 2. The nebula app case you mentioned in this video was it totally functional without the help of XREAL BEAM? (meaning that I do not need to purchase a separate X real beam to get the same setting of the unfolded three screams when I just plug my x real air into Mac) Also kinda curious to know when the new videos are to come since I am really struggling to compare the Quest 3 and XREAL approximately hahaha
Hey not sure what Aire is? If you mean Air 1 they're pretty similar in terms of quality from having both, but id still go for the newer model. Nebula app does not need the beam, it's just plug into your mac and load up the app. Comparison video will come soon, not sure it will help as whilst they can do the same thing they are VERY different but I will try my best for just a productivity side of things lol
Hello. Thanks for your amazing video. I am a software developer and I use the quest 3 with immersed to work for 6 hours a day. I use the portals to see the keyboard and work. can I see the keyboard with the real air 2 glasses?
@@thedeveloperadam Oh, but you can't enlarge the screen with VITURE, right? I have a 24" curved monitor that I look at from about 50 cm. Is VITURE's max screen size similar?
Why do you not mention the screen shake? It is a problem on nebula mac and you completely failed to mention it, and I can see that you were affeceted by it from when you recorded it with phone camera
Screen shake I’m not sure I get what you mean? I’ve found it to be pretty stable with no issues personally? Of course if you move the glasses the screen will shake/move/wobble as it does with a MQ3? I didn’t mention anything as clearly it didn’t affect/bother me and I used them for the entire day. If it was an issue for me I would had mentioned it 😊
@@thedeveloperadam you can see it at 10:45, even if it didnt bother you I think you should have mentioned it especially since a lot of people return the glasses over it. And no it is not normal and shouldnt happen, the virtual display should be completely stable like it is with the xreal beam, and even my quest 2 is stable tracking. @@tlefevre2918 if it was something I’d of notice personally I’d of mentioned it ofc it’s not something I’ve picked up on I don’t get the noticeable shake that you speak off? @thedeveloperadam Yes, I have not tried viture , but I did try the Rokid Max, which features myopia adjustment that helps in some cases. However, it's important to note that many reviews i been through but no one mentioned about basic issues, feels like everyone are sponsored ,One major issue with AR glasses like Rokid and Xreal is that they come in a default size. People have different interpupillary distances, which can result in blurry vision at the edges. I asked my friends to try the glasses and some had a clear view without blurriness, while others experienced issues due to their different eye distances. So far, I've found the Goovis Art forehead-mounted display to be quite flexible, but because it is positioned a bit farther from the eyes, it only provides a screen experience of about 50 to 60 inche

Can you change the lens to a prescription one?
You can get prescription lenses but I’m not sure how it works
Hi! I have some further questions.
1. How does the Air 2 compare to Air (first version) do they function similarly in terms of screen display and comfort level?
2. The nebula app case you mentioned in this video was it totally functional without the help of XREAL BEAM? (meaning that I do not need to purchase a separate X real beam to get the same setting of the unfolded three screams when I just plug my x real air into Mac)
Also kinda curious to know when the new videos are to come since I am really struggling to compare the Quest 3 and XREAL approximately hahaha
Hey not sure what Aire is? If you mean Air 1 they're pretty similar in terms of quality from having both, but id still go for the newer model.
Nebula app does not need the beam, it's just plug into your mac and load up the app.
Comparison video will come soon, not sure it will help as whilst they can do the same thing they are VERY different but I will try my best for just a productivity side of things lol
what monitor is used ?
Can you use that to get 3 screens when booking up to MacBook or iPad?
@@gilbert512 MacBook yes
Hello. Thanks for your amazing video. I am a software developer and I use the quest 3 with immersed to work for 6 hours a day. I use the portals to see the keyboard and work. can I see the keyboard with the real air 2 glasses?
You can as they’re just glasses but checkout my viture review video as they have a keyboard feature similar to the immersed
Can you turn off the audio on the glasses and use bluetooth headphones instead?
The phone is the engine, the glasses doesn’t have computer inside like Apple Vision Pro. Yes you can use your Bluetooth.
Ps5 should integrate these
wtf is that tiny monitor with 6 buttons? (Right of your echo show) if that’s a working screen I want one lol
It’s from divoom a Bluetooth speaker lol
In my opinion, until there is an 8K resolution for one eye, it is extremely uncomfortable to write code
@@Робот-ю1к 8k lol?! I think they’re great as they are 1440p or 4k would be perfect and perhaps even overkill for their use imo 🙏🏼
Hi! Is there a way to make a single curved screen?
@@csabaczibere697 not with xReal you need VITURE
@@thedeveloperadam Thank you for the quick answer! Now I finally know which one to choose.
@@thedeveloperadam Oh, but you can't enlarge the screen with VITURE, right? I have a 24" curved monitor that I look at from about 50 cm. Is VITURE's max screen size similar?
@@csabaczibere697 I’ve got full videos on here that might help you 😃 the software is similar but VITURE has the edge currently
@@thedeveloperadam Thank you, I will check on them!
When the camera is held up to the glasses there is not supposed to be any noticable shake.
@@tlefevre2918 if it was something I’d of notice personally I’d of mentioned it ofc it’s not something I’ve picked up on I don’t get the noticeable shake that you speak off?
The shake when I’m holding the camera to the glasses is just me wobbling my hands trying to place my iPhone in the lens lol.
I dunno if I’m used to VR that this is something that’s not noticeable for me or what but certainly not something that came to mind at all - this isn’t a paid video or anything just my personal experience which is really positive but again my opinion we all have different opinions of course 🙏🏼
@@tlefevre2918 I’m gonna jump back on them later know you’ve mentioned to see if it’s something I notice but honestly it’s not something that’s came to mind whilst using these yet

its 330 inches not 130 lol. might wna get that part right as 130 is a HUGE drop. and makes them shit lol

It doesn't work with windows and android
They work with android I believe but not sure if nebula is available for windows as I use macOS f

Bro, what’s with the accent?
This one give me headache withing hour
Really? What about the VITURE?
@@akugame2 it’s hard because we’re all different I can only ever speak from my experiences which does make things like this difficult for people watching.
But I try my best to get my point across and just be honest with how I find stuff.
I prefer the VITURE personally
