I find it interesting (and slightly disappointing) that there's no extra dialogue if you eliminate all the ICA assassins in Berlin. I got the 5 required and then camped the exit taking out the others as they fled hoping for something more but nothing 😕

The first one is 'The End of the Road' in Absolution. You can actually leave the target to his own fate. Not that it changes much.
