- The Overland Movie is my most popular video, but we ran into problems on the Idaho Backcountry Discovery Route. We decided to try again, taking the Continental Divide Trail across Wyoming and Montana to get to Idaho.

Drone flights were all flown strictly within the law. The drone was not flown from or into any national park land, any land managed by the NPS, and was not flown in wilderness areas. I am a Part 107 (remote pilot/commercial drone) licensed drone pilot.
I'm always astonished that you're content isn't the most popular on youtube. The production quality and cinematography blow most other channels away. Keep it up, we're all watching it!
I agree 100%. He does a fantastic job! very entertaining and inspiring.

Dare I say the best cinematography on RUclips? Simply awesome work! Keep it up....
I wouldn't go that far, lol. I definitely appreciate it!
So good I watched it twice. In-the-same-day. Like so many have commented your cinematography is the best that I have seen. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you!
@adamsfly62 lol, I did the same thing. I've done that several times with his videos though. Time well spent!
Lewis and Clark would be proud. You have their spirit.
You found my boots!!!! Lol.
Simply wow. Yes, the scenery but your cinematography and story telling are the real 'wow'. I have been watching your vids for a couple years and the last 3 months you have produced on another level. Thank you for your time to make these. Beyond that, my wife and I are adding your trails to our list of must ride trips. ✌️
First time coming across your channel and I have to say some amazing video.
Your videography is evolving to something absolutely incredible! Thank you so much for the inspiration and wonder you share man! Greetings from Greece!
Thank you!
My jaw is once again on the floor. Your drone work, your quality and your narration is amazing. I envy the friendship you have with Andres. You guys make an amazing team.
Kick ass video! You earned my subscription because of your care for the guys and gals in the air fighting those fires by not flying your drone.
Thanks! Hopefully it set a good example so the firefighters can get on with their jobs safely.
Absolutely beautiful and you footage and history along the way nothing short of amazing. Thank you so much.
I really enjoy watching your videos
The images and scenery are just amazing! Gotta love the natural beauty! Thanks for sharing!
Some of the best content on RUclips. Love your videos! So well done. Thank you!
A big "Thank You" it was great!
I rode 1500 miles on a bicycle tour ride with a trailer behind it. Walked most of Iowa, lots of hills
Great episode as usual. I appreciate the sound tracks you choose and the wonderful scenery. Your travel partner was great as he complimented what you were doing rather than trying to grab the spotlight! Keep up the great content! Thank you!
absolutely gorgeous. Well done. thanks for putting in the time to make your adventure available to all.
We finished the continental divide this Summer, and have done a few BDRs. Montana and Wyoming are my absolute favorites. Thank you for the memories, your cinematography is so much better then mine! 😘 maybe we’ll see you out on the trails in 2022! ☮️
It's a beautiful area! We'll be doing some more of the BDRs in the future!
Such an enjoyable video. Beautiful footage and edits and narration. Saving in my personal playlists to watch again.
WOW I have been looking at a lot of overlanding vids and this is by far the best i have seen. the smoothness of how it is blended from the drone to the land is so well done and it gives an actual story line. this guy should be in holy wood
your videos are far beyond RUclips videos...from the video to the music it is strait movie quality.. KEEP IT UP!!!!!
This channel is going to explode with content like this. It felt like I was there. Sub'd!
Thanks! I hope so, but RUclips doesn't seem to push my videos
Your videos are GREAT. Thank you for sharing. cheers
Awesome video. Pro work. These videos should have way more views.
Fantastic video, as usual. I expect nothing less from you. Many thanks.
Jaw dropping shots, incredible work as always

Damn! I found your channel last night and this may be my favorite channel. Amazing quality.
I always enjoy your content. Thank you for doing what you do.
Top notch ! Really fabulous production
Capt. Drone rides again...🏔⛰🏕🚙
Another amazing video...Thanks for sharing👍🏾
Fantastic landscape. There are some really great shots.Sometimes I miss the words.
Awesome ! Regards Max
Amazing video! I was excited when I discovered you were returning to Idaho BDR. Your overland movie is one of the best pieces of overland propaganda and really inspired my wife and I to go out and explore. It's amazing the difference in weather compared to last year! I hope you can maybe do an annual overland movie, would be really cool, especially with some New England content lol
Very nice and inspired!!🎉🍀
Thanks a lot!!🙏
Best wishes!! 💐🌺🎉
Man you are pioneering videography to next level mate ..
Holy cow man, great work!! The drone footage was AMAZING! Really good stuff!
Thanks for showing us the other routes between these great places visiting from the UK we've toured most of the towns you mention in your videos but only via the highway take care and keep filming T&C
Very enjoyable movie. Subscribed!
The best off-roading/overlanding videos
I really love the drone footage!!
Just found your channel not to long ago. So excited to watch what I’ve been missing
Absolutely enjoy watching all of your videos, especially while having a cigar!
Talk about ultimate relaxation mode!
Keep up the great work brother👍👊🏞🌎
Fantastic - really appreciate your work. Glacier is amazing - oops I mean it sucks, please nobody else go there 😂 - except for Montanans (like me). My grandfather worked on the roads in Glacier - he showed us the sections and a vehicle or two at the bottom of the valleys.
Great content, informational and video creativity. When defeated... I like that.
New subscriber here, dreamy quality throughout, great video, music tracks and narration, thank you.
Out of this world trip and video work yet again sir!
Thanks for sharing, I look forward to your next adventure.
What a nice Short Film. Very well done. I enjoyed every minute. Thank You & Regards from Ody Slim
Its amazing what some people are able to do. That looks like a load of fun. I would Iove to be able to do something like that.
Wish all your videos were this long. Always enjoy them.
Thanks! RUclips seems to like promoting the longer videos, so I'll probably stick with it for the longer trips!
This is such a great video! I love the footage, its so beautiful!
The drone shots are spectacular!
Spectacular video footage!
Another great video 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼. Will definitely explore that area soon😎
I’m only 15 minutes in but have to say wow, great cinematography. Well done.
Congratulations, it was really fascinating. 👍
I’d trust a bear before I’d trust a marmot. 😆
amazing scenery
You managed to capture some truly amazing footage job well done!
Just beautiful!, another great video!!👍 Happy late Turkey day👍 and Merry🎄Christmas🎅🎅
New subscriber that’s beautiful lake 👍👍👌👏
My son and think they should use your videos to sell TVs! The scenery is so breath taking!!!
Keep up the great work!
Thanks! I know Overland Addict has some of my stuff on at their shop!
@@RevereOverland that is actually really awesome! And smart! Your videos inspire my son and I to get out there!
Incredible video! Thanks!!
Thanks bro!
Wow such a great journey! I need to do this!
! really enjoyed thisvvideo. great cinematography
Four minutes and AMAZING! Thanks for sharing. Edit: Just saw the eagle. AWESOME! Final edit: Well done! (By the way, International Law: Leftover pizza is to be eaten cold.) Again, thanks for sharing.
No way! Stick it on a skillet and be prepared for it to change your life!
I was just about to follow up a couple weeks later to get up to Troy and the Yaak. Fires got bad after your guys passed through and I ended up staying closer to home. Perhaps next year!
If it's not snow, it's fires!
Great video a little heavy on the drone footage. And zero 4x4 challenge. Should definitely get together with story till now, overland bound and venture 4x4 If all of you met in the middle that would be epic.
dropped in to avery this summer on that pass coming from the north! dirtbike was sketchy with the side by sides rippin through those tunnels
your videos get better and better!
Your videos are superb.
Really enjoyed this adventure!
Epic! Glad you missed the fires.
So did you get the massage or not?
No. I won't be inviting him again 😂
@@RevereOverland 🤣🤣🤣
No refunds was stated from the beginning
WOW! The image quality on this is AMAZING!!!! Great video of those areas. Thanks for bringing us along. What is the body of water that is aqua colored? Again, great video!
That’s Lake Koocanusa! It’s that color because of the glaciers that feed into it in Canada.
@@RevereOverland sooo beautiful. Thank you!
Awesome video!
What are the laws of drone aviation on public/national forest lands?
As always, enjoyed the video.
Stayed in a cabin for a few days in Yaak, MT. Beautiful place, but it’s small world!
Great video, where is Elizabeth?
Hiding.
Hope you do another video on, fantastic
I'm fortunate to have visited the majority of the western National Parks over many years and when there wasn't a 'reservation system' in place. Now, I skip them altogether and just 'explore' the off the beaten path destinations and sites.
That's a great way to do it, but some hikes are worth the crowds (or getting up really early)!
Excellent!!!
Great work (as always). If you ever need a Canadian wingman let me know… I’ll load up the Jeep and I’m on my way!! Love your videos and channel.
I was at Glacier a couple weeks before you. That ticket system for Going to the Sun was completely & utterly broken... and the park service just didn't care one bit. Looks like you had a fabulous trip! How much time was that? Did you ever figure out what the "hungry bear" sounds were?
The website is completely broken, and anyone can just enter before the park opens anyway!
I think 9 days were covered in this video. We did have a work day snuck in the middle that I skipped over, plus travel to and from the area. We never figured out what the growling was, but played bear and moose noises at each other for the rest of the evening!
Another great video
I'm a big fan of what you do. Your short movies are inspiring and amazing. Keep making videos and inspiring people like me. Have 1 question, how did you manage your soiled clothes on this trip? Laundry mats? How many batteries you have for your drone?
We stopped at a KOA in Missoula that allowed us to do laundry. I'm up to 5 batteries, but two of them aren't in great shape!
Was this travel during the summer?....are these the best days to travel those States?....typically very cold and snowy during winter....great video....
Hey mate good video :) thumbs up! I hope you are doing well.
This for this kind of driving trip I want my HF ham radio. There was a time when I gave obvious out on there network frequency a bunch of new counties that I was located in. It looks like rob goes into a lot of remote counties so I would be very popular on ham radio.
I think I could still look around and enjoy the scenery--- I know I could and I would. My ID here is for my American call sign but I also hold hs0zcw which years ago was very fine for American contests. I have been a 9N7, and several other juicy call signs in this part of the world.
wow!!good
Majestic
Awesome!!!!
Is that regeared? My rig is not nearly as heavy, but feels like a pig even at sea level. Thanks. Love the videos!!
No, and it was SLOOOOW
Do you have spindle gussets for your 4runner?
